Loved the quaint atmosphere and historic feel of the hotel. Bathroom had been updated. Beds were clean with fresh linens. Perfect location to walk to restaurants and explore Pontorson. Great location to reach Mont St. Michel. Cute courtyard. Breakfast was good. Bar in hotel was vey good and had great atmosphere. Parking was nearby. They offered great recommendations for meals. Eugenia was a super restaurant per their recommendation. Manager was EXCELLENT. My husband needed ice to ice a swelling knee and the manager accommodated on every request.

Room furniture and carpet need to be updated. They do have a lift but even after exiting on your floor there are still stairs to climb. With windows open, some customers were really loud and it could be disturbing while trying to sleep but we were very tired at night and it didn't bother us. Room had no air conditioning and France was in the midst of a heatwave - UGH. Windows opened, that helped get some air circulating. The only reason I didn't give them a 10 was the heat. It was 103 degrees one day and A/C would have been nice. A fan would have been helpful too. This is not their fault - I booked without checking for A/C. It was still a nice stay just hot.

A beautiful historic building, all facilities totaly new and - realy - extremely clean. Everything in the rooms is spotless and new. Very comfortable and very quiet surrounding. Staff friendly and helpful, all located in what seems to be a newly and fully refurbished village, with a free parking, lovely bakeries and shops, all just 10 minutes drive to mont saint michel. We didn't have breakfast in the hotel and preferred a near by coffee shop. Not sure we made the right choice.

Entry at night is by door code. Not a fault - just a thing to know. Elevator very small, realy just for 2 people, but the beautiful 500 year ols wooden staircase is bette anyhow.

Very friendly and helpful proprietors who generously helped us manage a mistaken double booking. Excellent location for visiting nearby Mont Saint Michel and region. easy to park (off season) and a couple good options for dinner. Good breakfast. The property has many historical features in the common space but the rooms were modern and comfortable.

Best hotel I stayed in all trip. The hotel is in an older building ( 1500 or so) but it is completely renovated to a high standard. We were using it as a home base to tour the area and had an excellent time. The owner is a true professional when it comes to service.

Excellent and very unique, historic hotel, with comfortable rooms that feel more than the 3* it has. Staff was exceptionally polite and helpful in everything. We asked to stay in a room with a tub, and we stayed with a dog, with no issues. I can only recommend.

There's nothing to not like about this place.

we are a party of 4 and stayed in two rooms. Both rooms were spotlessly clean. centrally located to cafes and restaurants by foot . I like the strong and powerful shower. Close driving Proximity to Mont St Michel is a definite plus.

Beautiful structure a few kilometers from Le Mont Sant Michel, excellent breakfast and friendly staff. If you want to stay in the heart of Normandy, spending the right, this is the place.

Nothing. Everything was perfect, But if you plan to have dinner, remember that almost all restaurants close at 9pm and very often you have to book well in advance, especially on weekends.

This is an old quaint hotel with character. Lovely staff. The room fit my needs perfectly and very quiet. Not far to Mont St.Michel which is a must to see.

The Hôtel Montgomery was clean, welcoming and had an amazing breakfast. The staff had excellent knowledge of the area and of the hotel.
