The staff was brilliant and we loved the area

Breakfast is good with a variety of choices including fresh orange juice, good coffee, fruits, breads. Customer service is superb in all areas of the hotel, which is clean and very well located! Nearby are several little cafes and restaurants, convenience stores, a Michelin restaurant Saperlipopette nearby and an Italian restaurant just behind the hotel too. We like to walk and it was very nice and safe walking to the metro or walk across Bois de Boulogne to go to Rolland Garros. A terrific place from which to explore Paris!

Good location for La Defence Arena, the main reason for our visit was to see Bruce Springsteen. Good breakfast. Room was a decent size with a very good shower.

On arrival, staff had trouble finding our reservation even though it had been booked for 11 months! Consequently did not get a high floor as requested. Air conditioning not great, hotel is on a busy main road so we couldn't leave the windows open, and the room was quite hot at night even though air con on max. We were there mid May so not sure what it would be like in July/August.

We had 3 double rooms all were spotless and clean and toiletries provided, the shower was lovely and hot - beds were super comfortable especially after a busy day in Paris. breakfast had plenty of options with unlimited hot drinks, juice, yoghurts, fresh fruit, pastries, breads, scrambled eggs, sausage, cheese & ham - staff went out of their way to help you

The distance from the nearest metro station, not really walkable - difficult to get taxis unless the hotel booked them for you - during our short stay the bar appeared to be closed, no one available to serve

The property was located on the Seine a manageable distance from the city centre, accessible by Metro (15 mins walk away). Staff were particularly nice and very helpful. Plenty of options for breakfast. As tourists we were only there to sleep. Although it was fairly small, it was compact and suited our needs and budget. The bathroom facilities were excellent. Tea and coffee facilities provided. Free Wi-Fi provided.

There was nothing we disliked.

We liked the shops and restaurants nearby and the area felt safe. It was a short walk

The breakfast was too expensive so we didn’t have it. Some front desk staff were very helpful and others not so much. For instance when I brought trash down, one staffer took it and threw it away. Another told me to go outside and put it in the bin. When I asked about English language TV channels I was told “We don’t know, just search the channels yourself”. That’s not a good answer at all

the staff were lovely and so accommodating. The hotel was 15 minutes in an uber to the Eiffel tower and a 10 minute walk to the nearest train station which made everywhere we had planned to see accessible. Plenty of options for food and drinks close to hotel so if you are wanting to stay close then perfect, a lovely little supermarket five minute walk away.

we booked to have a room with a balcony but we didn't have a balcony it was patio doors with a fence in front but other than this everything else was amazing

Comfy bed, great breakfast, good aircon

Pas de bidet, people upstairs sounded like they were moving furniture all the time, the bed was not really kingsize

I loved the staff they were so friendly and everything was so clean. I had no problem checking in or out and they even helped when I had questions. I also appreciate the fact that they could speak English. While I know I traveled to another country who spoke another language, I love that I felt welcomed as well.

Only thing I did not like was parking options. While on the site it says parking is an option, it just took us a while to find somewhere. Once we found the garage, it was not a far walk it was just extremely cold out. The price for the garage was great as well. I paid more for 2 hours on the street then I did overnight in the garage.

Based on other comments - was concerned about the breakfast - We thought it was great. There were a hot breakfast, pastries, breads with cold meats & cheeses (jams and honey) and also cereals and yogurt. Lots to choose from. There were lovely restaurants close by

Only issue we had was the aircon not working during the heatwave. It was fixed on the last day of our stay. Also the room did smell of smoke. We were reliant on buses to get to the metro and these were not that frequent and reliable. once at the metro - it was smooth sailing.
