The grounds are absolutely stunning. The staff is very professional, friendly, courteous and accommodating. Cocktail and happy hour time are lively in a beautiful setting outside at the terrace. The indoor jardin area has a Scottish motif with what seems like a great variety of whiskeys and single malts and another area to enjoy indoors. We had dinner at Le Parc. The dinner service was exceptional. Overall the most memorable part of the stay was the setting and the service. I highly recommend people visit the region as an absolute must stay.

You can hear some creaking noises from the floors but it's to be expected as it is an old chateau. I wish there was more amenities like an outdoor pool.

This is the most beautiful hotel I have ever stayed at. Our room was magnificent and filled with art. We loved the breakfast at the hotel and got to enjoy the 2 Michelin Star restaurant. The Chateau is also located walking distance from Veuve-Cliquot, Pommery, and Maison Ruinart. Highly recommended for an unforgettable stay in Champagne.

we loved everything about the property. It is the most spectacular mansion we have ever stayed in and it has been decorated and furnished with no expense spared. every attention to detail has been done but also made to feel as if if we were staying in a private home. totally truly divine in every way!!

the only request I would make is please replace the hairdryer with one that is easier to operate. I found having to continually depress the handle very difficult to manage.

the overall comfort, size of rooms, the view, the history of the accommodation. the staff were exceptional. felt like you were taken back in time. was best place we stayed on our trip… we were away for 4 weeks.

This place is part of the culture and it is an high end destination. If you want to live the experience at full this is the right place. Do not miss the 2 Stars restaurant and enjoy quality food and experience the culinary atmosphere.

The property is stunning. Beautiful gardens, incredible updated rooms. Marie-Liesse Ployez was particularly amazing! She took care of all the details so that our stay would be magical.

Very comfortable rooms, everything we needed and more. Having left an item of clothing on the first stay , after a telephone call, the very helpful staff had tracked it down and it was waiting for me in our room on our return stop . Delicious breakfast , beautifully presented on the terrace .
