The location was very central with lots of shops and cafes nearby. It was easy to find with lots of parking on the street or in a choice of safe, clean public car parks nearby. We arrived quite late and the receptionist was really friendly, he explained everything and helped us with our parking payment. The room was clean, bright and modern. It was quiet and the bed was really comfortable. The shower was lovely too! Perfect spot for a night or two, lovely hotel.

There was no kettle in the room, not really an issue though for a short stay, and the shower in our particular room didn't drain properly so the water overflowed. Again, not really an issue but might be if you were there for a few days.

Our room was comfortable and the air-conditioning worked. We did not have breakfast as we had time to look around Reims in the morning and had coffee and croissants in a cafe before leaving. The staff were friendly and gave us all the information we needed to make our stay very pleasant. We would not hesitate to stay in the Hotel des Arcades again.

A splendid location so convenient to restaurants and comfortable walking to the cathedral, basilica and office of tourism. The room was perfect for our modest needs and the separate beds (hard to find at other hotels) provided us with comfort so we had a restful sleep and ready for all the steps up the tower of the divinely beautiful cathedral. The room was very quiet and the air conditioner too! The buffet breakfast was bountiful and delicious. The staff were both professional and friendly. They went the extra mile, for sure. I would recommend Hotel des Arcades. Moreover during the unusual heat the A/C was divine!

Superb location and great breakfast. Rooms are tight for travellers on an extended trip with substantial luggage and they are not as soundproof as one would like. But it serves as a great option for short term stays where location is the most important element.

There are no tea or coffee making facilities in the rooms.

Super-central Location near the fountain. 200m to cathedral. Secure parking in “Buirette” multi-storey - Multilingual staff patiently explain that you can save money buying a multi-day parking ticket/pass in advance and go in/out as you please.

The entrance is 20m off the road in a pedestrian shopping passage - not an issue really.

Great location in the city center in the pedestrian zone with all bars, restaurants in immediate vicinity. Underground public parking, reasonable priced, available at 50m from the hotel. Staff was nice and helpful. For a 2 stars hotel it was very good overall with a good value for money.

Perfect location, carpark nearby by with discount if staying at the hotel. Hotel was basic but lovely and clean and really comfortable. Staff advised us of a light show happening at the Cathedral in the evening which was outstanding and we would've totally missed out on seeing without the info, so a huge thanks for this :) Would stay here again if in the area.

Clean room, conveniently located in town and to train station. Located in an arcade, allowing it to be a quiet location for sleeping.

Unfortunately, there was not a garden outside for breakfast. We did not have breakfast at the hotel, but there is a large area for inside eating.

Excellent location in the heart of Reims. Perfect for bars, restaurants and visits to the champagne tours. Rooms are clean, modern and very comfortable. Check in was quick and easy. Staff were very friendly and spoke english. They also gave us some recommendations and directions on a map. The hotel is also pet friendly so this was great as We were travelling with our pet Dog.

Ideal location. Bed was very comfortable. Bathroom was modern and very clean. Slept very well - no noise from street or hotel guests.

The room could benefit from a safe for valuables. Would recommend that lift/elevator have security installed for floors above reception.
