Everything about this hotel is great. It doesn't feel like a "budget" this is my sixth IBIS in 6 days and this is by far the nicest. Discount at local restaurants is offered. Rooms are spacious and immaculately clean. Rooms are well lite and bright. There is a motorway outside but the soundproofing is very good (good since I'm a light sleeper). Bathroom feels modern and clean (uncommon for IBIS). Staff assisted with route planning our onward journey and were happy to talk about where we had come from and where we were heading. Parking is secure and there is plenty of spaces. No keys, it's all code access (very modern). Great hotel!

I don't like that all ibis arent like this. They should visit here and try to be more like this. Breakfast range is a little less than at other ibis (even less than other budget ibis)

We booked whilst on the road heading back to the UK. Why its called 'budget' I don't know as it was spotlessly clean and had everything you could want, a double bed with a single bunk over it, en-suite, TV, hairdryer, free parking etc. and a 24 hour manned desk, breakfast croissant and coffee for €3.50 was very convenient too.

Its basically on an estate with big chain restaurants, a bowling alley and a cinema which was fine, but it was a bit corporate, like being on an industrial estate but it was also convenient, especially if you were tired like we were and didn;t have to go far to eat or entertain the kids.

Excellent value stopover heading to ski slopes. Friendly Professional staff with excellent English. Hotel is in an area with lots of restaurant/food options. Free parking. Comfortable, Warm, Clean,Modern,etc.

There was a constant hum thruout the night of what sounded like an aircon/heating system from outside the room, from the outside. The bed light switches which are very clever but right above your head and has glow-in-the-night light which impacted our sleep. Also a smell of sewage in the bathroom. Would still stay again as excellent value.

This is a simple, clean hotel but in a great travel location meaning not tourist attractions but useful companies surrounding the hotel, like Burger King, or a Steakhouse, or shopping centre or a Speedy tyre place which we now had to use twice over 10 years and of course a Bowling Alley where our kids tired themselves out. Don't be deceived by the name of the hotel - everything is there and more. We will come back on our Euro trips!

Great welcome from english speaking receptionist(male with glasses), easy check in, compact but functional room, everything clean/spotless- credit to the cleaners!, room 409 3rd floor- quiet, lovely night of peacefull rest, secure gated parking, hotel is just off main routes around Reims- easy to get to, room costs us 67GBP, which is fair, breakfast was £20 for 2+1child, good choice of foods, again-exceptional cleaniness standards in breakfast room

fantastic location for us on the way back from the alps to the UK. Breaks up the long journey and only a couple of hours to the Eurotunnel in the morning. Good size rooms for a couple, lovely and clean! Great renovation from last year giving more space in the breakfast area and some entertainment in the early evening by way of pool table and table tennis! just love what they have done with the area! fantastic and welcoming staff as always! Lovely and close to lots of restaurants and shops including……Zodio which we always end up buying far too much stuff in to take home 😜

Friendly welcome from staff, lovely surprise stay. Clean, modern rooms, comfortable and convenient with lots of shops nearby. We were just using as a stopover so having Lidl and ikea nearby were a bonus as we could stock up on essentials. Lots of restaurants to choose from within walking distance and even a soft play for children opposite.

Shame we couldn’t all fit in one room (family of 5) but didn’t really affect our stay too much

Mathew on reception greeted us with a warm smile and checked us in quickly. He spoke excellent english and explained clearly about breakfast times. Though there isnt a kettle in the room, there is one along with tea & coffee in the foyer for you to self serve and take to your room should you so wish. There is also vending machines with the usual snacky things as well. He gave us lots of info about area, fuel, restaurants etc. The room was spotless, free toiletries which where nicely fragranced. Breakfast was good quality, real fresh juices and coffee, freshly baked breads and croissants,cheeses, and fruit. Even the jams where in proper pots (not little individual proccessed tubs, ) which tasted amazing. The hotel was so easy to get to from the motorway, and though close to a road was completly sound proofed so no noise. There where various eateries in every direction all within walking distance so need to get the car back out and nice to stretch our legs after a long drive. That said, we ate at a restaurant 100 metres opposite the hotel, which had excellent food, and an all you can eat french buffet. The hotel told us to show them our hotel booking and they gave us 20% off the price, but you can do the same thing in all the other surrounding restaurants as well. We where impressed with all members of staff, the nightwatchman, sorry have forgotton his name was very kind and the lady who dealt with breakfast kept it clean and topped up till end of service. We think the staff are a credit to the hotel and cannot recommend enough. Do yourself a favour, if in the area, and stay here. You will not be dissapointed.

A big fat nothing!!

The pillows and mattress were comfortable, we asked for more pillows and not a problem at all. Lovely hot, powerful shower. Very clean. Staff friendly and very helpful. Discount at restaurants locally, of which there were lots in walking distance. Nice breakfast.

The only downside was that because of the area (which was great for entertainment and food) it was too noisy to have the window open and it was a close night. Bit more expensive than the other Ibis budget we stayed at in Reims, which had free breakfast (which was similar quality).

The room is like a very clean, minimalist European Hostel style room, but with a very comfortable bed, good shower and TV etc.... It really is all that you need, I mean if you want a 5* fancy bespoke room with stinky dusty carpets, then this isn't for you. If you just need a good nights sleep, shower and rest-bite after a long drive, or a comfy place to travel and explore Reims for good value then this is the place for you. The location just off the A26 and right in the middle of a complex full of restuarants makes it ideal for a stop point, coming over from the UK - driving to Switzerland (half-way point). Should also mention that we stayed here twice, with 3 other family members, plus a near 2 year old (we were provided with a cot for them). Would definitely use this hotel in Reims as a stopping point in future 👍😀

Nothing really? I didn't have food so I can't really comment on breakfast, but the staff were very friendly to us as were the other guests actually!
