I liked the location of the hotel, just a few metres from Place d'Erlon. The hotel staff was nice. I was very positively surprised by the spacious hotel room with a balcony and a nice view on the Reims cathedral. Unlike some other hotels in the same 4 stars cathegory where they squeeze you in a small uncomfortable room if you reserve the standard one, our room here was very nice and big, with enough space for everything, a big and comfortable bed and a nice and spacious bathroom. The hotel also has a rooftop terasse with nice views on Reims and the beautiful cathedral.

The choice of food for breakfast is a bit limited. The quality and variety is ok but nothing more.

Our room was spacious and clean with very good facilities and excellent air conditioning. The hotel is very convenient to a wide range of bars, restaurants and shops and a short walk away from Reims Cathedral.

During our time there, there seemed to be very limited availability for access to and use of the roof terrace bar. Unfortunately the hotel's own guest parking was full and we had to use a public carpark (though this was only a short walk away).

Everything in regarding the hotel was excellent. The staff were very helpful and friendly, the facilities were good and the location was perfect. My friends and I were part of a coach party; the Hotel was very easy to find and we were dropped off and picked up each time from the front of the hotel. I would have no hesitation in staying at this hotel again.

Exzellent location at the border of a pedestrian zone and just 15 min walking diatance from the cathedral (child pace). The cathedral can be seen from the top floor restaurant, too. Nice :-)

Proper garage on site but the B1 can only be reached by escalator. Veeeeeery tight and not an option for a BMW 5 or similar/larger. You might be lucky and find a spot on ground level. But there are other garages nearby.

Had a nice comfortable stay at Holiday Inn Reims. Staff was friendly, facilities clean and parking was easy. The location of the hotel was perfect, right in the city center from where you can walk everywhere.

Booked a bit last minute so the room we had was not the nicest one. On the first floor you did nor really have any view and you hear the noise from the street a bit in the middle of the night.

Everything. Fabulous. The room and bathroom was spotless clean. The members of the staff and in particular the receptionists were professional, friendly, efficient and incredibly helpful when it comes to providing information. There was a beautifully display at breakfast with fresh; delicious food and fresh juices. Very central and convenient location to move around.

Thought the choice of options at breakfast was very good and the staff working in the restaurant for breakfast service were very friendly and helpful.

Would have liked a room on a higher floor to have a balcony with a better view. The staff in the restaurant early evening on Saturday were not very helpful. Very dismissive when we went up as we didn't have a booking. Also there is a lift that doesn't open on the 7th floor you need to go to the 6th floor and walk to the 7th. There should be a notice that states this in the lift.

Parking was secure and convenient for our motorcycles. The room was excellent as a great size, very clean nice size bathroom. Drinks on the rooftop as well as breakfast in the morning was a nice twist to the stay. The location was excellent and right on the doorstep of all the restaurants etc!

Drink prices were an astronomical £9 per pint in price so would not buy any alcohol from here again. The fridge in my room and my son's room were not working which was a letdown to an otherwise nice stay. A security deposit of £200 euros is not very nice and makes you feel like a criminal.

The breakfasts were excellent: a wide variety of all the food you could wish for, made with care and ingredients of good quality. What is more, the staff were all pleasant, polite and always attentive to our needs. In fact, all the staff at this hotel, those at reception, the cleaning and catering staff were all courteous, hard-working and always willing to help.

Can’t think of anything we didn’t like or which could be improved.

Excellent location, friendly staff and nice breakfasts. You can park your car underground which was great.

Only restaurant on site is the Italian restaurant on the top floor. We couldn’t get booked in. However, there are loads of restaurants and cafes nearby. The pull out sofa bed was so uncomfortable.
