obviously a local business supporting other local businesses. the staff was extra friendly, helpful and easy going. even tho it was simple we never missed anything. the hotel is in the center and even with the public transport easy to get there. it’s located in a typical charming Elsass town surrounded by wine and castles. the spa is modern and clean and has everything you need. the opening hours are easy going. it’s totally worth to purchase the breakfast - noting missing there as well. at night you find local drinks and food near by. checkout time is late so that’s an advantage too. all in all it’s a great price / value deal plus super friendly and loving. another plus is we could communicate in German.

I loved everything about the property. I booked one night before going to pick a relative up at Frankfurt Airport. The bed was very comfortable, the hotel is well-insulated and very quiet, loved the blackout shutters, the air conditioning is amazing - modern Fujitsu system that really cools down to 19/70 degrees (unlike other hotels that say they have air conditioning and cool down by only 2 degrees). This hotel is beautiful and welcoming from the minute you walk in. The staff are friendly and go that “extra mile” to make sure you’re happy. The rooms are freshly painted with clean carpet and recessed lighting, tons of electrical outlets, a big flat panel TV and no-hassle WiFI that stays on continuously after you connect once. Rooms come with a desk for working in case you have to work in beautiful Alsace. The surroundings are lovely and there are several street cafes and great shops within a short walk. The hotel comes with ample free parking 2 minutes away (and you can park directly in front of the hotel for 30 minutes to unload bags). And the spa is FABULOUS. The pool is at a perfect temperature to cool off on a hot summer day and the jetted tub is exactly the right degree of warm. There’s also a wet and dry sauna and relaxation loungers to gaze up at the faux-star studded ceiling. Fruits and flavored water and teas complete the relaxation scene perfectly. They also have safes in the rooms and lockers at the spa. I didn’t have time for breakfast but I’m sure it’s lovely as the hotel staff really care about their guests’ happiness and comfort. Definitely coming back!

I’m a very experienced and picky traveler and there isn’t actually anything I haven’t liked. I’m actually pleasantly surprised. This is about as close to perfect a hotel you can expect and the price-to-value ratio is amazing. No complaints!

Great location just at the entrance of the beautiful Ribeauville old town. Although the hotel has no parking area there are plenty of options to park the car close by. New hotel, clean, well equipped and superb breakfast. We saw the manager every day present and keeping his eyes closely on everything, the staff seemed motivated too which all results with 10/10 hotel experience.

There is absolutely nothing bad to say

Nice room, exactly as pictured. The receptionist was pleasant. The pool is nice and the shower is good.

You must remember a code to get back into the hotel at night. It would be nice if the room card let guests enter the building. There are limited hours for children to use the pool, and this can be hard to fit in during your stay.

Ribeauville is amazing and moreover, it is a very good base for exploration of the beautiful region of Alsace. Hotel has a nice and cozy saunas where you can relax in jacuzzi drinking good tea or fresh water and eating fresh fruits.

We liked everything. The location was perfect. We took the bus & the hotel was a 2 minute walk from the bus stop. The staff was very helpful. The breakfast was awesome. We didn’t use the pool or spa, but they looked amazing.

Great location just at the edge of the town center, very clean room, friendly staff, cosy boutique hotel, the spa was quite a surprise! Didn't expect much in such a small place but the concept is superb!

The water in the shower in the morning was not really warm.

Could not stand up in the shower as I had the room in the roof and the ceiling meant you have be less than 1m tall to stand up.

The room was very comfortable and stylish, made in black and yellow colors. Bathroom was very new and modern. Great choice of cosmetics with natural smells. Great beds.
