The hotel was convenient and adequate for an overnight stay returning to UK. Breakfast adequate but nothing outstanding. Immediately adjacent is an excellent Chinese restaurant, buffet style, above average.

I do not like the room entry system, which involves entering a security code to gain entrance. As an elderly person who needs bright light to read, it was a challenge to read small numbers and enter code.

Really nice hotel. We were travelling through France, and this was a good stopover location. Parking right outside the door, very friendly man at reception. Room, clean, warm, comfortable bed. Breakfast was excellent, nice variety of hot and cold food.

Everything was perfect

The location is ideal for anyone travelling as there are all amenities practically on the doorstep. The hotel and the room was spotless and very quiet even though it was just off a main road. Couldn’t fault it and would definitely recommend.

We liked everything and there was nothing to dislike

I liked the cleanliness of the rooms.

No opportunity to buy on site a chilled to cook meal on sitr. Although there was a microwave. I think this chance to buy a previously described meal would be welcome from both leisure and business traveller alive.

Checkin with the machine wasn t very simple, it took me 5min to figure out the process as there was 2 inputs interfaces. But it s a secure one as all codes are sent by mail and not directly shown on screen, if someone is above our shoulders

Large parking lot with free surface parking (and a garage for a fee). The man working reception when we checked in was great. Across the street from a shopping center with many food options. Number codes for door entries.

There was a snowstorm the night we stayed, and we had to shovel the parking lot in the morning, as well as assisting multiple other guests by pushing their cars out of the the driveway. It would have been nice had the staff done more than watch us do so -- or at the very least they could have offered us breakfast, or even a smile and thank you.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The value was very good, and the facilities were clean and comfortable.

The location wasn’t good for getting around . Taxis were difficult to get from this location.

Clean and functional m. Reception staff was extremely helpful and spoke perfect English in contrast to my very basic French.

It was a little further from the city center than I thought as not on a tram line

The hotel is very well located for travellers, and despite being close to the highway it is surprisingly very quiet. Beds are comfortable. Hearty breakfast.

Basic but as expected from one of the good B&B Hotels. Convenient location to shops & restaurants. Parking garage is a convenient additional benefit.
