Lovely room, very clean and comfortable. Staff very freindly and helpful.

Air conditioning set on a timer so we were awoken 3 times in the night when the room got too hot and had to get up to turn it back on. The glass doors on the bathroom! I don't need to watch my partner going to the toilet, and I definitely don't want him watching me!

Very modern bedroom and washroom - impressed. The car park is behind gates so is secure. Hotel very clean and an excellent breakfast. Very grateful that it is a dog friendly hotel as well.

wifi was pretty poor in todays world and even a whatsapp video call did not work well. I would have been unable to connect Amazon Firestick to watch netflix etc.

Under new ownership and/or management since October 2022, but we found the staff on reception were not as kind or welcoming as when we stayed in Summer 2022.

Great location when driving from south of France to catch Cherbourg ferry. Walking distance of superb Atlantis mall plus many restaurants etc. Calm, relaxed atmosphere, lovely decor and well-trained staff.

Room quite compact, cleverly designed, but would have liked more space, eg around the twin beds.

We only stayed one night travelling north to get ferry. It was the ideal location. I was afraid it might be difficult to navigate to and from with traffic but not at all. Location was brilliant. The room was very clean and quite, and bed very comfortable. The staff were very welcoming , helpful and friendly. The breakfast was lovely and very reasonable in our booking. I would highly recommend a stay there, and will return again.

Nice modern hotel with fantastic staff. Very well located near to tram line 1 to city centre. Great breakfast. Good choice of chain restaurants nearby.

No coffee available in room only variety of teas. Reception gave us handful coffee sachets but no milk ..

Very comfortable room with modern furniture. People are helpful and you can even ask for gluten-free breakfast. Free parking is available at the cost of being very far from downtown (but close to cinema and restaurant in a commercial zone). Public transportation (Tram) is only 5mn walk from the hotel (and then 20-30mn to historical and touristic center).

From outside, the hotel doesn't look so nice, but inside is modern and clean.
