We are a family (2 adults and 2 kids), so booked two separate rooms, we stayed like a family space, small lobby to share, but there was not a connection door between the rooms. The idea is good but the doors of each room didn’t work well. So if you have small children’s you must to sleep with them (so one adult/one kid) so was like be in separates rooms and the family area wasn’t to much sense.

It was a fantastic find and being able to have food and a drink when we arrived after a long journey was fantastic. The. Bus and tram stop right outside the hotel taking you sttaight imto amd out of town. Staff were friendly and helpful, and the place was spotless. We would go back again.

The only downside is that there is no air conditioning - which we knew - but with only a door out to a public courtyard for air it was a bit stuffy at night - as we, didn't feel comfortable leaving it open all the time. But we will know to ask next time for a room with a window.

The staff was super friendly and tried to make us as comfortable as possible. I loved the theme of sustainability!! The decor and colour scheme were super cute and the breakfast was amazing but my favourite aspect was that the bathroom had a “we don’t care” sign regarding gender! I love that!!

The room’s blind system wasn’t working and there was no elevator. For my personal pickiness, the fact that the dishes had stains wasn’t ideal but I’m sure that they were clean.

The room was bright and clean. The staff was very helpful and always in a good mood. Wifi was really good. There is a tram stop in front of the hotel that makes it easy to get to the hotel from the city center. The airport is not far away (if you have to take a taxi).

There was a pizza bar under my window and it was a bit loud in the evenings. There was no fridge in the room.

I loved the atmosphere of the hotel. A great effort is made to provide environment friendly goods. The food at the restaurant was very nice. The place was affordable. There is a food market in the hotel twice a month.

The shower was rather old but worked well. The bed was quite stiff.

The tram stop is just outside the hotel, it’s so convenient to get into centre-ville in 10 mins, the bed is firm which is perfect and comfortable for me. the courtyard is nice for a drink and chat.

the rooms very very clean & beautiful. Just a little tiny but than rest was all very nice ! the manager the staff & facilities was very lively & helpful.
