We loved the stunning views of Lake Annecy and that we were away from the larger towns. The room had a spectacular view. The breakfast was great (again with a view) and the staff made sure everything was fresh. The spa and indoor pool was very relaxing as were the outdoor sunbeds. Eva helped us book restaurants and showed us around the chalet. She was a wealth of knowledge. We really didn’t want to leave when it was time.

Maybe the shower could be placed on the wall rather than be hand held.

This hotel was great, the view is absolutely stunning, exactly as the pictures and was in fact the whole reason i booked this hotel. Room was great, chalet style and with a balcony. We stayed in annecy for x2 nights and i would definitely recommend staying here. Breakfast was worth including the host can make eggs to your requirements along with buffet and again a stunning view! An added bonus was the pool, sauna facilities which 55 mins private time is included in your stay. This was a great touch for us to use ahead of our long journey south later that morning I would however note a few points for those visiting but mainly down to location. This hotel is in talloise which is a beautiful quiet village on the east of the lake. Annecy the main town isn’t particularly close. Walking isn’t possible (unless you like hiking 1.5/2 hours) having said that there is a bus and cabs which we used. There are activities nearby on lake , paddle boarding, water taxi, peddle boats etc and hotel bars with fronts. Just bare in mind if you are looking to stay out late in Annecy, you will struggle to get back after 11:00.

Lovely chalet style building but updated in a very sympathetic way. Good facilities - garden, pool, jacuzzi, steam room, sauna. Parking outside the hotel. Tea and coffee making facilities in the room. Lovely balcony with great views of Lake Annecy. There is no dining facility but you can order a great charcuterie and cheese platter with wine to eat on the terrace, in the lounge or on your own balcony

Chalet Christine is all about the view overlooking Lake Annecy. It is simply stunning - even in the rain! Delightful staff, good breakfast & safe off-road parking. It's also a ten minute stroll into Talloires where there are first class restaurants.

Water in the bathroom could be hotter.

The view, the facilities, it was relaxing. Nice people . Small and cozy place . Good quality breakfast .

Just an improvement suggestion - would be nice to have a shower - it was hard to use the shower linked to the bathtub as we could not hang it on the wall. The AC was making strange sounds every 5 min so was hard to sleep for me- my husband had no problem ;)

Everything about this place is amazing excellent service from the moment we got there from the moment we left staff couldn’t do enough for you absolutely a beautiful place comfortable rooms plenty for breakfast we didn’t want to leave

well appointed, clean, convenient, hospitable friendly staff, great view, very pretty, nice spa, decent access to lake.

parking is fine, but awkward leaving car park driving onto busy road. Relatively few good value for money restaurants within walking distance.

Almost everything- unsurpassed views, the breakfasts were very fresh with lots of homemade accompaniments. Very classy place.

Would have preferred a walk-in shower in room 5, rather than a bath with shower attachment.

Elodie was great. We wanted to leave a bigger tip but couldn’t because we wanted to use the credit card but we’re told we couldn’t add a tip on the credit card. It would be easier if we could.
