This is a modern hotel in a good position near the lake, but with a quiet atmosphere and a large garden. The rooms were well equipped and the air conditioning was excellent. The staff were very pleasant and welcoming. The quality of the dinners was excellent with high quality cooking.

The hotel has an unusual approach to dinner, akin to a table d'hote, with a set menu with no choice. Substitutions can be made but have to be arranged at reception during the day, and the reception staff did not have a good idea of what alternatives were available. For a hotel of this quality, breakfast is poor. The buffet is in a small alcove which becomes crowded and there were omissions of items you would expect, such as fruit yogurts, a range of cereals and fresh fruit.

Excellent hotel. All staff was incredibly friendly and well-mannered. Room was fabulous and seemed to have recently been renovated, with an incredible view of the lake. It was beautifully maintained by the house keeping staff. Dinner was a delicious 4 course meal each night, but you were able to request a different dish each day if the menu wasn't to your liking, and all the wait staff were wonderful. The bar staff and selection of drinks available were great too. The pool and hot-tub were lovely, and we never struggled to find a pool lounger to sit on. The hotel had a friendly, relaxed atmosphere. It was family friendly but had a calm atmosphere more akin to an adults-only hotel. Location is brilliant, Annecy town centre is easily accessible by bus, but there are also plenty of facilities within walking distance (beach, restaurants, kayak hire, paddleboarding, canyoning, paragliding, bike hire etc). We would so gladly stay in this hotel again!

lovely location. superb grounds with pool. the dinner in the evening was delicious being vegetarian they had another dish to offer. the staff were lovely. they had only two e-bikes to rent . we rode to Anncey easy hour ride. we loved the bike tracks . the rooms are large. recently up graded nice but a little bland. it was a nice find.

breakfast didn’t really match the standard of the delicious dinner. which was a little disappointing.

The owners and staff were friendly, attentive and professional. The meal is set each day with an option to say if you don't like something and the chef will prepare an alternative. This wouldn't suit everyone but the food over the course of our 7 day stay was always beautifully presented and delicious. Lovely gounds with plenty of seating. Swimming pool was great and also the lake just a 4 minute stroll across the road for swimming. We would definitely return if holidaying in the area.

You need a car get around. No kettle in room but there was a fridge

Great location, super convenient e-bike rental directly from hotel. Super nice and accommodating front desk and wait staff made staying here an absolute pleasure. We entered from the back and noticed the hotel composts food waste. Wonderful to see!

Would love to see in-room recycling bins.

I did like the dinner which was included in room price, and breakfast was good too. Rooms are great but elevator very small and slow. View from the restaurant is very nice and Annecy on the other shore of the lake was great experience.

Comfortable,clean, quiet, superb dinner, very friendly and accommodating staff. The views of the lane from the bedrooms were stunning and the quiet pool was very restful

The breakfast could have have had more options such as cooked bacon/sausage etc but overall was fine

The views and the outside area are stunning. Both breakfast and dinner were absolutely delicious. And the staff was so nice and helpful that it was hard to leave :) hope to come back again

Everything! Staff were absolutely incredible and so accommodating. The food was superb, and the view of the lake is phenomenal. It's rare that I visit the same place twice, just to allow for a varied experience but this place was too good not to and I will undoubtedly return!

We loved the quiet location of the hotel. It was a haven of tranquility in the garden under one of the trees. The outside space was just lovely, especially the terrace during the evening where dinner was served.

Everything was spot on.
