Everything is so beautiful, beyond the description and the service is so wonderful. Mr. Sebastian, who worked as vehicle coordinator, helped me booking the taxi in different cities for a long time. I am very grateful to all the help from people working there , such as front desk lady who helped us booking water taxi and bar attendant lady in the swimming pool area, people working in the restaurant. Beautiful hotel with beautiful people, Thank you all!

the hotel garden and facilities are amazing. the views are beautiful. it is about 20 min away by car from Annecy old town so it is highly recommended to rent a car if you are staying on this hotel. regardless, the hotel has helped us arrange transportation from and to the hotel.

location, but can be solved easily if you have a taxi number to call all the time or if you rent a car. pillows were not comfortable.

The location is fantastic, it is right on the lake with its own pontoon. The staff (there are a lot of them) are really helpful. The room was very well laid out with a large bedroom, amazing view and little balcony with 2 chairs, a closet, bathroom and separate loo. The hotel has electric bikes to hire, this is absolutely the best way to see the lake and get to Annecy town rather than by car.

The wife was free but poor, not good enough to stream movies or support video calls. The spa area needed a bit more regular cleaning.

Just to say something...? The parking was full when we arrived and had to find a place within 5-6 min but honestly that was the only thing!!

Suite is very spacious and really nice. Staff was helpful.

Food options are very limited (particularly for Asian people). It's the same case with all European hotels. If we visit a place like Maldives, Thailand and even India, there are lot of food options available. Breakfast spread is very limited mostly breads, butter, cheese. Even fruits also very few. Breakfast price is very high for the spread offered. Also, room service is not good as there's very limited menu for room service. All good dishes are served in restaurants only.

The location is stunning, at the heart of lake Annecy. The hotel has a private beach and very good spa facilities which makes it a perfect place to relax and enjoy the surroundings. Also, from there you can get access to very nice hiking trails, make a tour around the lake by bycicle or go for walks through the cozy villages nearby. The restaurant and bar are also very good.

Eventually the restaurant decoration and carpet floor deserve a renovation.There could be more attention at the beach to serve drinks and snacks or to assist in aquatic activities.

The hotels location is stunning and our room had a fab view. Sadly our stay was too short but we had a lovely dinner in the gastronomic restaurant which wasn’t too much in any respect. Breakfast the next morning was good. Our room was good and comfortable- needed more shower gel then provided and we were lacking milk for coffee in the morning but little things. All round very lovely and would stay again.

The location of this Palace is phenomenal, the staff is composed with a young generation what i did admire.

I was mistaken as a female because of my name: Leslie. I replied by email explaining this particular case and even so, they kept calling and taken me for 2nd time as Madame Sinclair written down on the welcome Note every customer finds once he is in. I didn't like at ALL

The room size, balcony, and the view from the room were great. The size of the bed was huge and accommodated for our dog with no issues (as he likes to sleep with us). The hotel is just renovated and everything was new. Room service and staff were exceptionally friendly. Also, there's a ground floor that allows you to bypass the reception on the 1st floor, if you need to sneak our with a pet. The territory was great for a short walk with the dog before sleep. The nearby park (The Rock) is a good an quiet place to walk.

As the restaurant does not allow pets, it would've been good if the restaurant food could be delivered to the room. Unfortunately, this wasn't the case and we had to stick to room service basic menu on a couple of occasions.

The view across the lake was amazing and breath taking. The private jetty and lake access was so enjoyable. The hotels lake side restaurant was very refreshing and perfect setting for its location within the hotel gardens. Location was spot on for us, about a 9km cycle to the main centre of Annecy, walking distance to eating places nearby. Staff attentiveness could be a little more on a few items upon check-in, but to be honest you felt relaxed at the hotel and very calm.

Nothing
