We had a lovely large room with a comfortable chair and an extra small table. Superb for my husband who is disabled. Breakfast was good with fresh food and a reasonable choice.

We would have liked a handle to hold in the shower. We mentioned that to reception, and it was in line to be put in shortly.

Friendly atmosphere, good breakfast, swimming pool. There is sauna but we were too late in time check it out , was closed. We were on road bike trip so from the train station was fast to get to it.

A bit Soviet Union old rooms but great renovated bathroom

Lovely family run hotel slap bang in the middle of Thonon. We used it as an overnight stop on our way to Morzine (you’re about 45 minutes away). Make sure you book the dinner in advance as it’s a lovely popular restaurant used by locals so gets fully booked.

- Breakfast was AMAZING. Every morning you are greeted with a big smile from one of the ladies of the hotel who also offerend to bring boiled eggs. You could sit outside which was also super nice! - We had a big room, we were with 2 + dog, but there was space for 3 more people. - Parking was fine too. Always had a spot on the premises. - Love the swimming pool and workout area.

Good location, walking distance to the town, plenty of places to eat, also near my relatives residence

Our rooms were clean and comfortable. Secure underground parking. A short walk to the town centre. Lovely breakfast. The staff were very helpful and friendly.

Close to train station, early check in, good value for money, spacious for family, comfortable beds and cot.

The swimming pool was clean but attracts bugs, step ladder a little unstable in the pool. Biggest issue was no air-conditioning as it was a hot day. Balcony was nice but there's not much privacy as you can see others on their balcony and can smell cigarette smoke.

We arrived with two cars (rather expensive ones). The staff loved them and gave us two parking spaces in the underground parking. Maybe because there wasn't any spot left outside. Anyway, big thank you! We gave an extra tip when we left. Very friendly hotel owners!

Air-condition hasn't got a great "night-mode" with a calm fan. At least for us.

The room was great! Spacious and very clean. Staff were brilliant, when we asked about where we could find somewhere to eat they kindly reserved a table in the restaurant nextdoor for us. The hotel buffet breakfast had a great selection and was well worth it.

Comfortable room very clean and staff were very friendly. Free car parking and 50mts from the Thonon-Les-Bains train station. Close and walkable to everything worth seeing. Breakfast was typical European but great selection.
