The staff were great so very helpful, obliging and nothing was too much trouble for them. They gave directions to walk to the Railway station from the Hotel.They were always happy and smiling.They explained best places to visit in Vannes. The staff were the strongest part of the stay in this Hotel.The Breakfasts were very good, with a nice variety of food . It was quiet at night, but, a little disappointed with the Bathroom lighting that was broken.

When I arrived I reported that 2 lights in my Bathroom were not working. As it was weekend they were not repaired or replaced.

Not very far to walk to the fortified town medieval area and marina. There was a kettle and 1 sachet of tea and 1 sachet of coffee provided and we could get more from reception. Breakfast was not included in the price but was good. We were allocated a room for disabled people (which we are not and had not asked for) but it meant that we had plenty of space to move around.

The hotel car park was full so we had to pay in the public car park opposite. Although we could make a hot tea or coffee - no milk was provided.

The room and bathroom were clean and the latter was quite big in comparison to other hotels we've stayed at. The breakfast buffet offered all the standard dishes you could ask for and was always well set-up. The staff at the reception was extremely polite, welcoming and supportive. They helped us with our dinner reservations and checked-in with us afterwards to make sure everything worked out as planned. The hotel was also very dog friendly which was a big plus for us as we were traveling with our pet. We were able to book a parking space in advance which made for easy traveling. The hotel is also close to the city center so you can walk to all the main sites easily.

Nothing to mention.

Perfect location for exploring the city and the old town, only 5min by walking away. Big public parking opposite the hotel, so easy to find a parking spot. Helpful reception staff, breakfast very good with warm and cold dishes. Big room and very modern new bathroom (fancy tap, took me some minutes to figure out, how to open it :-)).

The man at the reception was very helpful and pleasant when checking in. Adequate price/performance ratio. Parking in the yard, walking distance to the center of Vannes.

Shorter and narrower double bed than would be appropriate. According to several experiences across France, probably the local standard.

well maintained and comfortable. The staff went out of their way to make us feel at home and welcome. Cleaning Staff was particularly discreet but well-intentioned and thorough and actively listening to our needs which weren't easy because we had a little dog with us.

this is not the fault of Kyriad, but the Freshmile electric car charging station that we were counting on in the parking lot just opposite never worked despite four tries in the three days we were there.

ALTHOUGH WHAT WE WERE ABLE TO EAT AT BREAKFAST WAS GENERALLY FINE AT TIMES THE ORGANISATION WAS CHAOTIC. FOR EXAMPLE ON THE SECOND MORNING ONE PERSON WAS LEFT IN CHARGE OF SUPPLYING FOOD, CLEARING AWAY PLATES ETC WHIST ALSO ACTING AS THE HOTEL'S RECEPTIONIST. GUESTS HAD TO QUEUE and CLEAR TABLES TO START THEIR MEAL.. WHEN SOME GUESTS ARRIVED THERE WAS NO FOOD LEFT. VERY POOR ADMINISTRATION

The staff were great. Helpful and pleasant. Great position to walk into the old town. Private secure parking.

We are an English couple and the Continental type breakfast was only ok. Wished there had been a better selection of hot food to suit us.

The location is amazing and the staff at the reception were extremely friendly, welcoming and helpful! The room and the bed were super comfy and breakfast was really good.

Wifi connection was really bad but it wasn't a major issue for me

Small but perfectly comfortable and good value room in a secure hotel with a car park, within easy walking distance of the old town.

Room was small but was comfortable and very good value. Air con and good sound and light deadening made it everything you would need for a short stay. All you want for an overnight.
