Stayed in a lovely modern cabin that sleeps 6. 1 kitchenette/living room (tv only had French channels) one toilet with separate sink and shower, 3 bedrooms. Bedrooms were small. No room for luggage, there are a couple of shelves though. We didn’t need one of the bedrooms so used that room for luggage. Air con was excellent.

Requested a cot for our baby numerous times and were told ‘no problem’ but never received one. Some areas and cabins are in a terrible state of disrepair. I would have not been happy to stay in one of the old cabins. Cabin had lots of baby ants everywhere by the time we checked out, so the eggs must have been somewhere in the cabin and they hatched whilst we were there.

The campsite is perfect for families with young kids, the new pool (1.10m deep) is ideal to splash around, the playground area is large and kids can hang out and make new friends. Our cabin (two bed-bungalow) was new, clean, compact but very well equipped, nothing was missing. There was plenty of hot water in the shower with good pressure. The bedrooms are small but adequate (storage space is minimal), the kitchen/lounge was comfortable for four and we also had a terrace to eat al fresco. The staff were really helpful and let us stay two hours past check-out time (which is normally 10:00 am) at no additional cost. Would definitely come back!

I was concerned by other posts about building work. During our stay, we did notice some minor work being carried out, mostly landscaping, but it did not disturb us at all. We were in an area with new cabins and noticed some look older, so if you’re not happy, try to ask for a newer cabin. We opted to have breakfast included and while the baguette and croissants were fresh and it was nice to have them delivered to our door every day, everything else was packaged (“coffee” is a Nescafé sachet). You can buy bread at reception so I wouldn’t bother next time.

it was a very convenient location if you were to visit Disneyland paris for the day. the aircons in the room make it well heated/cool depending on the weather. it’s basic but clean and good for a quick night stop

Property was very comfortable with good facilities. The staff were friendly and welcoming. Plenty of space between accommodations. Accommodations were clean and functional. The on-site swimming pool was great and the staff very interactive. They even bought pastries for the younger children to eat . Play area for younger and older children was good . On-site shop was a bit limited but Torcy was only 10 minutes away by car where there is a big Carrefour supermarket. Was easy to find with google maps . There was a food truck in the parking area/main entrance which was open on an evening serving specialty burgers etc.

Campsite had parts that were still being newly developed so was a bit muddy/gravelly in places.

The direction to the pack was excellent, and we were lucky that we didn't experience any traffic on our way there. On getting to the reception, we were attended to reasonably quickly as the customer care team attended to other people who had arrived before our arrival. The fact that the team could speak clear English was a plus as someone who doesn't speak French appreciated this immensely. We were given our keys but had to pay a damages deposit (£200), an imprint of your card. Should any damages occur, this is the card that would be charged. On getting to our residence, we noticed some minor things. The entry to our cabin/lodge needed to be cleaner. It looked like it had been months since it had been cleaned. We had to sweep up once we dropped our bags. We noticed the whole place was clean and inviting on getting into the premises. The only issue was that the beds needed to be laid properly. I wasn't expecting mints on the pillows but would have appreciated ironed and laid straight beds. There were amenities provided like dishwashing liquid, sponge, and cleaning cloth—a dishwasher with one dishwasher tablet. There were pots, although only one of the pots had lids. We found it odd that we didn't have any table knives but had some steak knives, which if you have young children isn't ideal. There was a Nespresso maker, tea, milk, sugar, and biscuits. The plus for my husband was that the cabin had air conditioning. This helped especially coming back from the scorching sun and at night time. I wonder if it is just me, but the water pressure in the bathroom wasn't the best, but it was hot enough for you to have a hot shower. Be careful what you want to cook as there is no oven, just a stovetop; I didn't realise a stovetop meant no oven, so be aware and not assume as I did. The playground is decent, and all kids will have something to do no matter their age, from frame climbing to table tennis.

That the entrance to our lodge wasn't clean and the bed wasn't well laid.

Nice and polite receptionists and staff. Parking outside the bungalow we stayed in. Very clean and modern and for price it’s as basic as you would expect. We cooked pasta in the evenings and pancakes/croissants for breakfast. Great play park and swimming pool for children, on a hot day the pool was warm enough. There is a big forest opposite for walking / riding bikes. Travel: 20 minute drive to Disney Land. 10 minute drive to train station directly into Paris. Train station called Trocey, free parking for 4 hours, 8 hours is €34. Train tickets €5 each into Paris. 35 minutes into Paris. Very easy.

It’s not a 5 star hotel.. It’s cheap and cheerful accommodation for those on a budget with children.

We booked two bedroom cottage with playground room and we got upgraded to three bedroom cottage with two separate bathrooms and two toilets. It was a new built house,clean, well equipped kitchen, and our cottage’s location was quite secluded (not exposed to other houses), the car could be parked right in front of the cottage, which was nice. The public children’s playground was nice, the swimming pool was okay. The location of the camping was ideal to travel to Paris and Disneyland with car. We will come back again!

The mattresses aren’t comfortable, the bedsheets didn’t cover it perfectly. Many roads were bumpy (construction work in the camping site is still in progress), some mobile homes were built cluttered, and very close to each other with the thin walls so we can hear the neighbors at night. I hope in the future the old houses would be renovated so it’s similar with the new ones next to it and it will look nicer.

The accommodation was clean and modern! I loved the "playroom" and the pool was nice and new, clean, and a perfect temperature. The onside park/playground was also great and the staff were all very friendly and helpful. The location was both beautiful and convenient for trips into Central Paris and Disneyland Paris, it was lovely after a some hectic days out to come back to the Park in a more peaceful setting.

The park is still under construction so parts of it were muddy and still a bit of a building site, that being said I would definitely return as the improvements so far give you an idea of how lovely the finished park will be!

Quiet place even though they're working to expand the site! Best location ever to visit both Disneyland and Paris. Insane value for money!!! Will definetely be back and recommend the place! Nice commercial centre with shops and restaurants just 10 minutes away aswell! Can't beat it.

Could of done with a bit more of cleaning and kept the windows slightly open so we had a bit of fresh air when we arrived, being so warm outside. Had an issue with bed linen as it was one of those single use ones as they run out of proper bed linen from what we've been done but i'm 100% it would of been resolved quickly if we got there earlier and asked for a normal linen, but we did a late check-in.

We choose this property particularly because it was close to Disneyland. It is only 20 minutes by car away. It is highly recommended if you are traveling by car or taxi. I doubt there is any public transport nearby. It is located in a quite area outside Paris. There are many houses in the camp. We arrived late at night and there was a lot of noice and music from the people in the other houses of camp. It was a bit disturbing because the music went on until about 3 AM. In general the house was clean and tidy, small but nice rooms.

There is no shampoo whatsoever and no hairdryer, so do not forget to bring your own. At the reception they asked us to clean the floor and through the trash before checking-out, which seemed a bit weird to me, as we are not supposed to do the cleaning at a three star hotel/camp.
