Everything the location the Mountain View was perfect next to Europe square the breakfast was amazing the best breakfast in the whole world variety of foods and changing every day and everything was delicious also you must try the Turkish hamam. The Armenian salon girl was so friendly every day I do my hair good prices and perfect hair cut she do First day I came early and they gave me the room almost before four hours before the check in :) The reception manager jerji was so friendly and helpful thanks :)

Great location, would recommend it over the 5 stars hotels that are right on the promenade but further from the center of the city. Europe square just by the hotel is a bonus. Irine at the reception was wonderful and very helpful. Within a very short notice she arranged us a driver and a tour. Her English is great. Thank you Irine !

Swimming pool was small and they closed a section for private swimming lessons. But this is marginal as spending time in the swimming pool is not the best thing to do in batumi.

A truly awesome experience. The rooms with many amenities, the spa with 4 saunas, the heated pool, the grand breakfast, the list goes on. Definitely would stay again.

The issues were small - druing check-in, the payment wasn't taken from my pre-aprroved card, but I had to pay at the reception. The card terminal took a long time and declined. I tried twice and said that the length isn't normal, but the recepitonist insisted that it's a problem with my card. I checked with my bank, which had no record of the transaction, and as it turned out, the terminals response code when declining indicated that it wasn't connecting to the internet. Another issue was that there were amenities for one less person in the room, but this was quickly fixed after asking at the reception. These issues are minor and don't even affect the perfect rating.

Location is one of the best in Batumi in the city center and close to the sea. The room was clean and comfortable with a great sea view. Staff was friendly and tried to help with any issues. Breakfast was also good and lived up to my expectations.

Sometimes it was a bit noisy due to ac's fans outside, but it wasn't a big deal because with closed window it wasn't much audible. Also jacuzzi in spa didn't work.

Hotel in a good location. Rooms very spacious. Bathroom large and comfortable with bath and separate shower, but no bidet and no towel or bathrobe rails. We had a great view from the 12th floor. The hotel met our expectations.

The pool is very small, more like a pond. Breakfasts plentiful but only Turkish style, pity not Georgian. It was rather noisy at the European Square, but that's the price for the location and the view. Service, as probably everywhere in Georgia is not particularly fast ;-)

I spent 3 nights at the Wyndham Batumi in October 2022. The hotel totally exceeded all my expectations even though I have stayed at many Wyndham hotels in the past. From check-in to check-out, the staff could not have been friendlier or more helpful. My room was really amazing. Huge room with a fabulous view of Batumi and the Black Sea, overlooking Europe Square. My room was immaculately clean and very comfortable. The breakfast buffet has more choices than anyone could ask for. The hotel is centrally located in the heart of Batumi and well within walking distance of Batumi Boulevard, with great restaurants, shopping, and tourist sites. There is an on-site casino and other casinos in the neighborhood. I highly recommend this hotel for its excellent service, beautiful rooms, and location. Great value for the price.

Workers are really good, nice. Almost all facilities are in really good condition. It's much better than the old terrible Sheraton. The view was nice, on the mountains.

The door in the toilet isn't closeable. No handles on windows, you need to ask them (I asked 4 times). The location is loud at night, because of the night club or something like that, but it's ok, not so scary. .

Hotel is perfectly situated in the heart of Batumi. Very comfortable and spacious rooms. We had room at 10th loor with sea view. Hotel has great SPA center which we used almost every day.

Breakfasts were good and tasty but the choice was not very big. We have been there for 5 nights and every day we eate almost the same. We claimed that hair dryer was not working but nobody fixed it.
