location is good, the reception is 24/7, very helpful. the rooms are well-heated, have air-conditioning. bathrooms were clean and pleasant. there is a desk that is comfortable for laptop working/writing.

we lived in two different rooms, one was on the 1st floor and balcony was looking out to a square with lots of small shops. it can get kind of noisy, and you have a feeling that people might easily see you from the street (we stayed during winter, so never opened balcony door & kept curtains closed). the second one on the 3rd floor had 1 window that was facing a wall of another building really close.

-The room was cozy. -Its location is perfect. It is located in Old Batumi, so that restaurants, cafes, bars etc located near to it. -The staff was extremely helpful. I asked to leave my luggage for a couple hours after I checked out, and they allowed me to do that. Thanks to that, I did not need to carry my backpack all the day. Also, I was allowed to check out the hotel a few hours late. Thank you especially Manuel and the hotel administration.

It was low season, so my standard room was changed to the bigger one. It was so nice! Everyone new Russian, so it was quite simple to understand each other. Everyday cleaning, free drinking water and tea. Warm blankets, so in February that helped much. The hotel just near the heart of Old Batumi: it's simple to get anywhere, to every sightseeing.

A small, clean, cozy room. All the appliances worked well, the room was cleaned every day. The staff helped us with any requests, everything necessary for rest was provided. The view from the window is not the best, but in a quiet courtyard without a lot of noise and tourists. In general, the hotel is very quiet and pleasant. I will definitely come back again if I am in Batumi.

The staff in all the shifts were totally helpful, we got in seconds of what we asked for it. I am really thankful. The rooms are clean, quiet, and comfortable. I recommend this Hotel and surly will return to it.

Modern Style hotel. Full facilities. Inside old town. Worth money.

Environment around hotel. It is not clean like before Covid. Many shops closed down and some artists writing something with spray on wall / glass. Ugly.

I don't like the cleaning service they have timing for cleaning the room, for tourists who sleep late and wake up late and staying a long time in the hotel expect that you can't have a cleaning service until you check out

This hotel is situated in a so called "little turkey" quartier very close to mosque- from which a call for a prayer is hearable. It is close to all the atractions in the city and service is 24/7H.

I chose a room with a view and the view was genuinely breathtaking. Easy and friendly check in, a wonderfully clean and comfortable room and the hotel was easy to find- I would stay here again!

Location of the hotel in the old town is quite good, staff is professional, there were cleaning every day. Area is quiet, so you can spend your sleeping time comfortably after Batumi's long nights.
