Location was very good, easy walk to most places in town and buses/bus-stops were just a minute's walk away in Augusta Plaza. Staff was helpful about getting to accommodation and how to obtain key in case I arrived late at night. Breakfast was tasty and staff were very helpful.

Unfortunately, the last bus's departure time from the railway station was not stated and I paid a lot of money getting to accommodation by taxi as the train was late The taxi driver did not know the town well and took a long route via the tunnel to get there. Not the staff's fault really. But it would be helpful to know last bus's time from railway station. Otherwise, I had a wonderful time in Baden Baden.

Breakfast staff was very friendly. Location was good to walk around the centrum. It was clean and taken care of. Warm in the room despite central air but they included fans. Good breakfast!

Reception staff was a bit rude. Upon checking in, he looked at us like we were idiots. I told him we were checking in. He finished nicer than it began thankfully. We forgot a brush and asked the desk if they had one (in the booklet it stated they had brushes and toothbrushes), she told me to walk to the store 10 min away. I didn't even bother telling her it was in the booklet. The bar located by our room is open til 0700. Kept me up most of the night with slamming doors and loud conversations.

Room was sweet nice and clean. The staff was nice and polite and helped us with our questions. The hotel is literally in the city center and 5 minutes on walk from everything. The breakfast was delicious and huge. Totally value for money if any compares to other prices in city.

Room was a bit small but that was not that problem for us cause we needed the room for a night. The problem was that there was no heat at night that we got back to sleep. It wasn't so cold but still thats a bit problem that we werent informed about.

As we arrived early, the hotel was accomodating for leaving our luggage until the room were open. The location was great. Paid parking was closeby and was easy to navigate. The staff was able to help us with providing directions. They were very clear on how to enter the hotel with reception was closed which helped us greatly. While we were on separate floors, this was not a problem at all. There was a great Tapas restaurant across the street. The spas were reasonably close for walking.

There was nothing we did not like.

The location of the hotel was very good. The room was also beautiful, clean and had everything I needed for my stay. I really enjoyed the breakfast as well - a lot of options and tasty.

It was very noisy in the morning - basically I could hear everything what was going on in the next room - talking, showering etc.

We ordered a vegan breakfast in beforehand and were told that there would be vegan options in the buffet. Unfortunately my vegan friend didn‘t find much to eat: bread, marmealde, müsli, oatmilk and fruit. Well, it is enough to live but not really a pleasure or worth 19e. You could do much better (with vegan margarine, yougurt, avokado, hummus, vegetables etc etc)

Everything was great. The room was a good size, the bathroom was smart and clean, and the bed was very comfortable. There was a kettle and a small fridge in my room which was fantastic. The hotel is very centrally located in a lovely area. The breakfast was great and I enjoyed my stay a lot. There was also a TV with a news channel in English which was good.

Nice breakfast, really friendly staff and comfortable room with nice bathroom. At arrival the friendly man at the reception told us about a good parking deal at the Apcoa parking nearby, which saved us some money.

The shower in the corner is quite small. You tend to hit the watertap resulting in extreme warm of cold surprises. But normally the watertemperature and pressure is really pleasant.

Some maintenance was required with the broken flickering lights in the breakfast room. It was quite unsettling after waking up. Some more plant based food options (like margarine instead of butter) would have been a plus. But these are just some small things. The place is great
