Excellent property right in the centre, close to all main attractions with very good facilities. Housekeeping staff was excellent! Breakfast and food options are super good. All in all - an absolutely perfect & luxurious stay! We celebrated a special milestone and the hotel staff left no stone unturned in ensuring it was special and perfect. Thank you so much team Maison Messmer, it means a lot to us!

Nothing really in terms of facilities and stay - it was perfect. Just an observation - it would be really nice if the front desk could be welcoming and smiling to all colours. Our check-in/out was managed by a very nice and warm staff (initials HM maybe). She truly was very pleasant and smiling, however; cannot say the same for the other staff at the reception as they seemed to be differentiating on the basis of colour.

The hotel is really nice and in a great location. It is very close to the Kurhaus and Casino and a few minutes walk to downtown and the main parks. This all while being very quiet. The pool is nice, though not big enough to really do laps. The sauna area is very nice and the spa services are great - and reasonably priced. Breakfast is generally great. Good selection and mostly attentive service. The overall building is quite elegant. The rooms are nice and mostly things are in top shape. The real highlight is the staff. They were super-nice. We arrived late and wanted to have lunch outside usual hours. The staff was bending backwards to accommodate us. Overall, the it's not a bad value for money.

This is only minor things and more pointers to management: - There seems to be a bit of a staffing shortage for a hotel of this category. The bellhop doubles as the valet (and do use the valet, the garage is horrible for a large car), when we had a tech problem housekeeping showed up and wasn't really able to solve it. Everyone is very nice and very eager to help, though. The weekend team was fantastic. During the week we had the feeling it was more of a short - or B - team. Everyone nice, but not quite as seasoned. - It could do with a bit investment. No USB charge points in the rooms, a bathtub rather than walk-in shower. The chairs in the dining room could do with a bit of a touch up. Small things, but we are talking about a top category hotel.

Everything!!! Absolutely beautiful

There was a music concert just outside the hotel…which was very loud and unpleasant. It kept us awake at night. This, obviously isn’t the hotels fault but I feel they should have informed us. We were glad to leave.

My friends and I had a wonderful vacation in Baden-Baden. We had a delightful time at the hotel. The hotel's location is excellent, within walking distance to all the major attractions. The breakfast at the hotel was very abundant and of high quality, and the facial spa at the wellness center was incredibly relaxing. The staff members were all very friendly. We even met a Golden Key concierge who could speak many languages, including Chinese. Her service left us with a deep impression. The hotel is elegantly decorated, and the bedding is very comfortable. We will definitely come back next time.

Almost everything is perfect! Except we have two different rooms in the same category, and mine is bigger with more windows than the one of my friend.

The location was completely wonderful and the staff were mixed. Some surly, others wonderful. We were allowed to use the spa area before we could check in, as our train was overnight from Prague and we had nowhere to go. That was excellent. Then we were given our room early, again really helpful. We then went to the breakfast at the hotel, which was outstanding and the staff there were terrific. It is expensive, so we could only go once.

The price point for room only was just way too high. Had it included breakfast each morning, I would have come away feeling we paid up, but we got what we were looking for. At this price, I would not return again.

A beautiful luxury hotel in the lovely (yet expensive) town of Baden Baden. Everything is top quality from the comfortable and spacious room, through the perfectly temperatured pool, to the varied, fresh breakfast. The service was friendly and efficient as well.

The only suggestion we have would be to offer better quality coffee in such a high-end establishment, but this does not diminish in any way our enjoyment of staying here.

Unfortunately the spa area isn’t very relaxing as there are constantly kids crying and screaming in the very small pool area. This is also clearly audible in the adjacent (small but neat) spa. The spa has too little relaxing space and some of the saunas don’t seem 100% operational (like one sauna that is advertised as nicely scented and a sensitive experience which even surprised the staff when asked for scents, sounds and illumination). Rooms are very “standard” like what you’d expect in a German “luxury” hotel, nothing special. Some of the amenities like parking seem a bit of a rip-off for a full service hotel.

The location of the property is fabulous as its very close the the main city center. The property was really nice and comfortable and they had some good amenities. The staff was really helpful in all ways and very polite. At first when our room AC was not cooling they changed our room without any fuss and gave us the same room just on a few floor lower but it was ok as long as the AC was working

Staff were friendly, massage service was extraordinary, and the breakfast was good. Location is perfect. The beds and pillows were comfy. Temperature of the swimming pool was pleasant.

We requested a room with either a terrace or balcony but we didn't have one. The interior design could be improved-- the bathroom just next to the beds is a bit weird. The underground parking condition is not ideal, though understandable - space is limited due to its location. However, it could offer a better price for the guests staying there. The Spa area is also small and without any sitting/rest area next to the swimming pool. The "bar" next to the swimming pool was lack of maintenance. Only cold water was offered. With tea would be better. Comparing with other 4 star hotels we expected the facilities would be better-- it's not the case unfortunately.

The location could not have been better! The large plaza had live music the evening we stayed and our room had the best position to enjoy the music from our terrace. Everyone was friendly at the Hotel. Breakfast was lovely. Super clean. Overall a great stay at a wonderful hotel.

Nothing stood out as a improve. Of course it would be great to have the parking included, but that is a small thing. Maybe as an option you offer guests in the future either a breakfast voucher or a parking voucher.
