Cleaning service must work better

Simple minimalist layout with lots of space. Good quality fixtures and fittings. Everything worked well. We didn't expect to have two toilets and two TVs in the room! Bed was huge and it was easy to be comfortable. We liked the fact the rooms faced away from the road, so noise intrusion was low. We also liked the thought that had gone into the layout, with a sliding glass door to block out noise/cooking in the kitchen from rest of the apartment. There is also a good coffee and snack vending machine and you can have breakfast in the Hotel cafe area or as room service.

The kitchen was small, which made it difficult to collaborate on meal production. Also finding the light switch to see what you were doing in there was a challenge. But this was really not that significant.

Very happy with the comfort and cleanliness of the room, and the facilities provided. The reception staff were great - very friendly and helpful.

A minor dislike was the very limited range of English-speaking TV channels - not a big problem, though! A major dislike was the lack of nearby public transport in the evenings - daytime was OK, but felt just a little too far to walk from centre of town in the evenings.

There was everything I needed around, separate toilet and shower. Everything looked so pretty. I was sorry i couldnt stay there longer, since I only stopped to sleep en route.

Automatic light in the bathrooms, my wife doesnt like to have light on when she goes to the toilet in the night, and there was no option to turn it off.

New Hotel very high standards, I have seen a thousand hotels but this one have my highest rating it's deserve for **** stars, room are beautiful and bed so comfortable, mini bar and a little kitchen in high standards, bathroom in excellent standard, very recommended for staying.

All really really high standards, if I can recommend something to improve I would recommend to have mini bar and other information in the room also in English, very hard to someone who not speak German, it's a little things, Morning breakfast a bit low on the cool cuts, I think also car park should be free for customers.

Large and comfortable apartment in the lovely city of Bayreuth. Located within 20 minutes walk from the city centre. The apartment has a small but well-equipped kitchen with an oven and dishwasher. Very comfortable bed. Near the apartment is Lidl and DM drogerie.

The apartment has underground parking, which is not included in the price and costs 8,5€

Room was very spacious and clean except the corners of the wardrobe. The kitchen had everything to have a good dinner if you prefer eating in your room. The receptionist were kind to help with ordering food and deliveries.

The smell in the hallways could be a little calmer of the rooms can be a little calmer.

The hotel and service are outstanding.

Two years ago I also wrote a comment about this hotel. Everything is great except the lack of information in English in some situations. At the entrance to the hotel from the parking lot, there is an instruction on what should be done to enter only in German. Nearby reception, coffee, and croissants are prepared for the guests. But information about it is only in German. Remember that Bayreuth is a very international city.

the property location it was great , near the autobahn exit . I was passing through just for one night but it was situated near the city center . the facility it was nice and cozy . the room was great , it had a kitchen that can be used to cook your own meal , a clean private bathroom with clean towels for you to use , the bed was comfortable and clean when I arrive , it has a big smart tv so you can navigate and chill a bit preparing for your next trip .

We liked this clean and very comfortable room, well eqipped kitchen, great flat TV, large parking area in the basement (for a reasonable daily price), easy access to the hotel from the highway.

Maybe it was a bit long walking distance to the center of town. There were no restaurants or a Kneipe around (although the nearby bakery was fine), while parking for more than 2h in the city of Bayreuth (full of great restaurants!) was always problematic.
