Excellent location for sightseeing (especially U-Bahn right in front of the entrance), supermarkets nearby, but take into an account it´s very tourist-y so not many good restaurants or cafés around. Very comfortable, clean and modern apartment with all amenities including extra pillows and functioning AC along with balcony with views to a green garden were great help in the summer heat.

The apartment was almost perfect choice for a 3 night stay but few things could be improved: - one of the beds had smaller sheet than the matress - towels were slightly smelling of vinegar :D - wifi connection was very spotty - one thing that is clearly advertised on the photos for Superior room with 2 queens was that there is no door between the two beds - this along with 2nd ground apartment means there is not much privacy

Enormous room with two (!) kingsize beds. A perfect bathroom. It was exactly like on the pics - great value for a very low price (in my case). And that during X-mas.

No breakkfast available (but it is an appartment) and no contact with the staff (cause you get your keycard at the wall via a code)

The apartment was nice and clean. Confortable beds. Great location, in front of the U-bahn and walking distance to the Naturkunde Museum.

It was hard to find de apartment. I didn´t get the email with the info about where to find it and how to access on time. I had to struggle calling several times until I finally got the info. But it was definetly after 3pm, when it should be the check in. There is no kitchen, so it is not really an apartment.

Great location - just in front if metro station. Comfortable apartment with everything I need.

I had difficulties with finding the apartment. I received quite detailed instruction, but it was in german, so from translated variant it wasn’t obvious where to find the apartment (adding photos to the instruction can fix that). I tried to call the owners with 4 different numbers, no response from all of them. After that I found out that I just entered wrong building (there were 2 building of the same color, one was on the street, second one was inside the yard - second one was what I needed)

The Art Apartments are conveniently located just steps away from restaurants, convenience stores, supermarkets and the underground. The apartment is located in the building facing the courtyard, so the traffic in the Chausseestrasse will not disturb you at night. The beds are comfortable and the apartment is ideal for multiple persons while giving you privacy, as it is distributed in two floors. The apartment is also equipped with kettle, mini-fridge and a nice assortment of coffee, tea and hot chocolate. Check-in and out is easy and even if we did not have direct contact with the staff, all communication ran well via mail. The building is ongoing renovation but you will find your way following the instructions that are sent beforehand.

Good location, very comfy, clean, good value.

We didn’t recognise it as it looked a bit like a building site with windows at the front covered up. We couldn’t find a reception and, after walking round trying to find a way in, had to shout out at open windows. A lady did come down to assist us but was insistent on me having some sort of SMS confirmation when I clearly had the booking confirmation and email print out in my hand. It was only when I also showed her the email on my phone, did she let us in. Random and difficult check in. No idea what to do with key card next day so left on bed.

The location is very convenient, right at the station and close to tram station. The room is clean and fully furnished. The bed is comfortable.

The toilet should have a door/curtain so that water doesn't splash to the clothes hanger. And the door in the toilet should be fully covered by a privacy firm. It's so weird when I showered and used the toilet and saw the people moving in the yard through the gap that not covered by privacy firm

Excellent location, close to main train stations and with a U-Bahn stop opposite and tram stop close. Very good cafe opposite too for breakfast. Many sights (Brandenberg gate, Reichstag, Checkpoint Charlie, boat trips, Unter den Linden street, etc) walkable or a short U-Bahn ride. Rooms very clean, beautifully furnished and with an excellent bathroom/shower. The small fridge and kettle were useful, as was the water and coffee provided. Instructions for access, via key safe, were straightforward once you realise you have to go under a second arch to find the entrance door!

There were only 2 chairs and no table. Some folding chairs and a small folding table would be useful so you could have drinks on the balcony.

Great location. Beautiful large room with nice decor. Very clean. Easy check in with clear instructions. U bahn was right outside so moving around Berlin was easy. We really liked the apartment!

Hosts did not respond to questions about luggage storage despite messaging three times about it. A reply (yes or no ) would have been welcomed. (There was no storage at the apartments as far as I know!) Pillows were absolutely enormous and made it difficult to sleep.

clean, spatious, uncomplicated once when you find the house entrance :)

this is really a minor detail, but i had problems finding which house it was once when i arrived to the address and where the entrance door is as there were many matching description. A bit more labeling on doors would be good but this is super minor detail as everything else was perfect!
