From the moment we arrived, the staff were welcoming, courteous and accommodating - they couldn’t do enough for us. The rooms were clean and spacious with everything we needed. Wouldn’t hesitate to return if we stayed in Berlin.

Had a lovely room with a balcony which was only spoilt by the people in the room above smoking. The smell meant we couldn’t leave the door open and we woke up to find our balcony and patio furniture covered in cigarette ash. No smoking on the property would easily solve this as I’m sure this must be a bigger issue in the summer.

The location of this hotel is fantastic. It is walking distance to Central Station but if you don't feel like the walk, three trams around the corner in the main street all go to the station and the u-bahn. Tram 10 also goes in the opposite direction and terminates at the East Side Gallery. The supermarket Edeka is also around the corner. The apartment is well equipped with a full size refrigerator and everything you need for a short stay. The balcony was great and overlooked a park. The window also opens for fresh air. The staff were excellent, very efficient and friendly.

There was no washing machine in the room even though it was advertised

Quiet but handy location just off the hustle and bustle with handy transport links. Was able to get a direct train from the airport to Berlin Hauptbahnhof which was only about a 10-15 minute walk away. Reasonable distance from local restaurants and coffee shops. Great facilities, loved having an equipped kitchenette. Staff were very pleasant and helpful, quick and easy check in and check out.

Right next to a hospital so ambulance sirens are often heard throughout the day and night, although not so loud that I’d consider it disruptive. Our apartment overlooked the internal court yard so we were unable to take advantage of the mini balcony/door window without directly looking into the close opposite apartments or offices.

Room was fantastic, we were in a premier bachelor suite and it was on the top floor which included a balcony with an excellent view. We needed the kitchen facilities and we were very impressed. Fully stocked kitchen -- they even provided a tea towel, sponge and dishwashing liquid so that we did not need to go out an get this. Location was also excellent. It is a 10 min walk from Central Train station which connects you to virtually all regional trains, U-Bahn and S-Bahn. It took 45 mins from the airport to get to central station. If you prefer walking it is a 20-40 min walk (depending on the site) to most major tourist sites. Grocery stores (Aldi and EDEKA) are nearby 5-10 mins walks. Could not complain!

Nothing comes to mind! I guess if I would complain about anything it would be that the shower leaked a little but this was likely due to the design of the shower itself.

The "apartments' are perfect and very well organized with good lighting/windows, plenty of work and relaxing space and well thought out details. The location was great and steps to my meeting and plenty of restaurants/cafes, etc. within walking distance as well as train access and Uber/taxi access. The pool/sauna/fitness area was great! The price was better than the conference hotel and it has a pool!

This is a great concept with family apartments in a hotel setting. The apartments are spacious and very clean with pretty much everything you need for your stay. The Adina in Berlin is about 10-15 minutes from the Reichstag and Brandenburg Gate, so a great location. Restaurants and bars can be found close by with a little bit of exploring. If you're looking to use public transport there are bus and tram stops a couple of minutes away and it's also close to the main train station. The staff are excellent and helped make this a fantastic place to stay. Highly recommended.

Not much. It's a shame the hotel bar and restaurant weren't open for anything other than breakfast, but there are plenty of other choices nearby.

The hotel was great, the sauna facilities were as good as it gets- the only way it could have been better if there was a cold plunge. One employee was a clear standout. His name was Michael and he was one of the best hotel concierges I have ever had the pleasure of meeting. He didn’t miss a beat and should be managing the Four Seasons.

There was a small amount of broken glass on the floor of our room. However, we did not bring this up to the hotel because they were so nice and were easily able to pick a few shards off the ground without making it a problem or asking for reimbursements etc.

Really great location 15 min walk from Hauptbahnhof or 1 bus/tram stop away. There are a choice of many busses and trams at the end of the road. Nice area, clean and safe, well connected and easy to find shops and restaurants. Staff were extremely helpful and friendly, always there to greet with a friendly smile too. Apartment was great, very spacious and had everything we needed for our stay. We were able to cook meals and do our own laundry for the week. Luckily we had a lovely balcony area too which was a nice spot for morning breakfasts. Loved the pool and sauna area, and because of the late closing time we were able to make use of it during our stay after long days of exploring the city.

Building works nearby, but wasn’t a problem for us as we were out most of the day

The hotel is only about a 10 minute walk from the Berlin Hbf so is well located to explore the city. Our room had everything we needed including a washer and dryer. The room was very quiet, especially with the windows closed. There are supermarkets close by and several good restaurants with Subke’s being a favourite since they can accommodate gluten and dairy free needs. Friendly staff and clean, comfortable room - what more could you ask for.

The only glitch was the occasional issue with the hotel wifi but that only happened a couple of times and didn’t last long.
