The staff was really amazing, hotel's team helped a lot in answering all the questions and resolving all the issues. Breakfasts were good. The room was okay except some facilities were not available
Some facilities were missing in the room, it would be great to have a kettle and maybe an iron there. But even these things were provided by request, so can't complain. Also a smoking place was right under the windows, so it would be great to move it across the street or just a little further from the hotel's entrance

The hotel room was very nice and clean and quiet and comfortable. The hotel is very conveniently located as it is just 5 kilometres north of the centre of Berlin so it is ideal for a tourist . The hotel was also just 5 minutes walk away from the U Bahn which was another plus.

Cozy room. Very quiet. Enough space for a single traveller. Price is reasonable considering other hotels. public transport is very close. Few supermarkets are in the walking distance. Staff was very kind and helpful.
