Clean and for groups it is a really good option which can safe you money if you are ok all living in one apartment. It was also excellent that you had dishes/everything you could need to make your own meal etc.

More towels especially if you come with a big group and of course you announce it so why not putting for each person at least one big and small towel in the apartment. Also something which is not really changeable is the parking spaces which are quiet small.

The apartment looks great, large rooms and pretty quiet, although being positions near a railway. The attention to small details is impressive

The hot water had some issues, we are a family of 4 and the 4th had to take an almost cold shower. Although I have asked for the paid parking, I didn’t get it, I ended up leaving the car in the street and getting a 25 EUR ticket. The location is far from the main city attractions, you can’t walk, you need to rely on some sort of transportation.

Nice neighborhood & well situated (10 min Uber to central Berlin), very clean apartment, responsive & friendly support from staff, clear communication regarding check in/out etc, comfortable & well designed apartment (bedrooms at opposite ends of apartment which is great for privacy)

Very minor/small point - couch is not the most comfortable for sitting on but ok (probably since design is for pull out for additional beds)

Huge apartment, modern, clean and complete. It has everything such as washer, dishwasher, all the cleaning supplies etc. Sweet little touches like the bottle of wine, chocolates and goodbye gift. Easy check in & check out

The mattresses were horrible, very soft and very used, we sink in the center. The next day when we woke up our neck and back hurts. Please change the mattress.

Comfortable and spacious, great location to get to all types of transport links around the city and a great bakery round the corner for breakfast.

Last couple of nights we were disturbed by very noisy residents (group of males and couples) in lower floor apartment. The soundproofing is good upstairs but doesn’t stop what comes up the stairwell or from windows below. Could hear other people in the building complaining. Might put me off staying again I think which is a shame. Lovely apartment otherwise.

What a great place stay when in Berlin. The staff was very helpful, keyless door system, complimentary bottle of wine in the kitchen, very well equipped appartment with all amenities you may need, spotlessly clean, comfy beds. We have been given a stroller for free for the whole duration of our stay. Private parking for only 15 € per night. Really cannot complain about anything and would totally recommend this place. Thank you, guys.

The entrance to the hotel is a bit confusing as it has many gates and doors you must walk through The "balcony" is basically an emergency stairwell through all the floors, so everything is reachable and neighbors are close by, as is their windows Maybe a bit far from the centre, but Berlin is a very big city, so it's understandable

Really lives to its claim of being a home away from home. One is at ease as soon as entering the spacious and warm apartment. Clean, ample, with top quality appliances, with an obvious effort made in considering the smallest of details. The on-site bike rental -if there ever was a city to go by bike, this is it- was an added convenience.

the smallest thing: it’s pretty close to the railway so, yes, you can hear the trains go by. both this is to be sincere, a light sound.

Really clean and modern and well furnished. Very much exceeded our expectations. Kitchen appliances were all top range, kitchen fully equipped and the beds were all incredibly comfortable. We also had the bonus of a balcony.

N/A - only slight issue was the distance from Berlin which is normally completely accessible through the S-Bhan but sadly on a couple of the days we were here it was disrupted. Although the next nearest U-Bahn station is only about a 15 min walk away.

Large spacious apartment. Everything you need including a washing machine. Very clean and welcoming. Close to bus and subway stop. (25 min ride from main sites.) Would recommend.

No complaints about the property itself. Area surrounding the property is fairly limited, especially in terms of food options.
