There was so much to like about this hotel that I hardly know where to start. The location was superb, being close to a U-station and within walking distance of many restaurants with a diversity of international cuisine. The room was large and clean with windows that could be opened for air, plenty of convenient shelf space, comfortable beds and a large, sparkling bathroom. The hotel provided a sumptuous buffet breakfast included with the price, including cereals, scrambled and hard boiled eggs, sausages and meatballs, cold cuts, cakes and a variety of breads. A coffee machine delivered a choice of different coffees. Finally, the staff were very helpful and friendly. Great value for money.

A refrigerator, safe and one power point for international plugs would be a bonus.

We liked the location of the hotel which is very accessible to the subway and trams. The Staff were friendly, the breakfast is okay, but if you are eating the same variety for 5 days then you will look for something new.

The WIFI connection is unstable, then for 5 nights we stayed, consistently when it reached 9:30pm there is no more wifi. I mentioned the concern to the reception and he just said that they cannot do anything about it. Im sure I'm not the only one who made a complain about the wifi connection. If they are a customer centric management then they will addressed this concern knowing that it affects their guest experience. There is no AC in the room. We know it's cold when you open the window, but you will suffer with the street noise and the consistent sound of ambulance and police sirens which simultaneously happening.

The room was very comfortable, one of the best hotel beds I’ve ever slept in, and I loved the big windows that could open. Basic bathroom, but very clean. You also could not hear any noise from the corridor or other rooms. This is one of my favorite neighborhoods in Berlin and you have cafes, restaurants and grocery stores nearby. The breakfast was very nice, wish they had plant milk option.

The breakfast gets very busy and one day there weren’t enough tables so I ended up not having breakfast at the hotel. The staff could be friendlier. Public transport for most sightseeing spots isn’t direct, but you are a relative short walk away from Mitte and you have loads of electric bikes and scooters parked around the hotel which is super convenient for moving around the city.

Very comfortable and clean bedroom with minimalist furniture. Bathroom installations (tap, shower, toilet etc.) were new and perfectly functional. Shower gel and hand soap were also great. The hotel staff was helpful and answered requests very quickly. The hotel is in front of a tram stop and near a subway station, which is quite convenient to get downtown or other places of interest. Even though the hotel is located on a rather busy street, I had no problems to sleep, as the doors and windows seemed quite soundproof. The breakfast was excellent, with many options of protein, bread, coffee, fruits, tea, juice etc.

The location of the hotel was really good, with many public transportations available within a few minutes of walking. 5 minutes to the subway, and 20 minutes to the train station. A tram also went straight outside of the hotel, so no walking was necessary. The breakfast was really good! Depending on the time in the morning there might be a bit of a queue and only a few seats left, but that never was an issue for me.

Although the room was really nice, the air quality was not great. We had to open the windows several times a day (and also during the night) to let some fresh air in, since there was no air conditioning. This was not very convenient in the middle of winter when I was staying there as it did get a bit cold in the room.

Our room was very spacious with plenty of storage options and spotlessly clean. The WiFi was high-speed (we were able to stream video with no issues) and staff were friendly and helpful, including storing our luggage for free after check-out. The included breakfast had everything you'd want (cereal, fruit, yoghurt, cold meats & cheeses, hot meats, and lots of German bread and cake). The location was great (5 minute walk from nearest U-station) and right by the Berlin Wall Memorial. We were thoroughly impressed with our stay and would highly recommend it.

Location was fantastic, metro right outside the door. Shower was great. Area was great, breakfast was plentiful.felt very safe at night, plenty of restaurants to choose from just a short walk away. Staff were lovely and accommodated our request for two rooms beside each other. Very clean. Would recommend to friends and family.

Sleeping at the front of the hotel, there were a lot of emergency service vehicles going past, it was obvious the first evening but after long days sightseeing nothing could disturb our sleep. Would have liked a double bed but not a deal breaker.

The room was very quiet, sounds from outside didn't get in through the windows. The breakfast is nice, too, with a large selection of bread, cereal, yoghurt and fruit. I like the eco awareness of the hotel as well, there is a very clear effort to limit the use of plastic packaging materials. The hotel is situated near the Berlin Wall Memorial Site, and the streets in the hotel's neighborhood are located right across the historical East-West divide. It is sobering to realize that you are walking on such a historical site.

Everything was really great. The only thing that might have been a better, is the room temperature. It was a little hot. But it was possible to open the window, so fresh air could be let in easily.

Good, convenient, safe location. There are street with nice restaurants just near and big park with lively atmosphere at nights. Room was very simple and basic, but all what needed. Nice, big window with a view was bonus. Breakfast also quite nice. And yes...some historical touch there - Hotel is located just in the spot where Berlin wall took place! There is like memorial avenue near the Hotel and goes quite far in neighborhood.

However there were mentioned that Hotel is quite new...it looks dated and worn out so dont expect anything fancy...

Amazing cheap hotel in Berlin Mitte. H+ is located right at a tram station and 5 min. walk from the U-Bahn. The beds are very comfortable and large. The breakfast buffet is great, you got all the basics.

The hotel is located right at a busy crossover so at night you might wake up from Emergency Services crossing the road. However, if you keep your windows shut the disturbance is minimal.
