We LOVED everything about our one-week stay at the Circus Apartments, very happy that we chose it. The apartment was pleasant, spacious, and quiet, we loved having breakfast on the balcony and dinner at the dinning table, the kitchen was well equipped for our needs. Our three bedrooms were all very pleasant and calming, and included shades and curtains, reading lights by the bed, etc. The apartment has all the small things you may need during your stay. The cleaning staff is incredible, I think I have never stayed at such a clean apartment... The team at the reception were also wonderful and helpful, and made us feel welcomed. Thank you!

The apartment was spacious elegant and light. It was designed to be a home and we felt completely at home. It was wonderfully private, the concierge service was wonderful and met our every need. Outstanding location and extremely comfortable accommodations.

It was extremely LOUD. The children screaming in the courtyard from 8am in the morning all weekend long was unbearable. The street was also unexpectedly loud as well. If it had been winter, we could have kept the windows closed and it would not have been a problem. But we were woken up every morning which was really unpleasant.

Location, accommodations, hospitality. Very large and very clean apartment! They gave us a baby bed, high chair, and toys for our toddler. When I ran out of milk and all the markets were closed on Sunday, one of the hosts gave me milk from their personal fridge. Laundry on site at no cost and cafe downstairs was very convenient.

The apartment we stayed in could use a larger couch. Not big enough for an adult to lay down let alone a couple + a toddler to sit together comfortably. This was our first apartment out of 6 during our EU travel that didn’t have a pull-out couch.

My family and I enjoyed every bit of our stay at The Circus Hotel. Although we were accidentally double booked due to booking.com platform not updating we were offered to stay at the hotel instead of the apartments. The staff were exceptional in helping resolve this and made sure there were no disruptions to our bookings. We were given the family apartment and the one bedroom apartment on the top floor and were well looked after by staff at the hotel. The hotel is right next to the train station and has incredible decor throughout the entire hotel. Make sure to check out the rooftop terrace.

Only thing that got a little annoying was the U-Bahn noise overnight as it is right underneath the hotel. But didn’t cause any stress.

Very clean, modern and fairly new facilities. Comfortable beds. Good central location with public transport within reasonable walking distance. Elevator was a bonus.

One bathroom only had a bath and hand shower with no surround. Workable, but could be improved. There was no coffee machine, which would be expected for a property of this quality. Instead, a variety of coffee making options were supplied, like a plunger, individual filter funnel. But these are minor issues for an otherwise excellent apartment.

This was our second stay in the same apartment. We loved it. It is large and very functional. Since it opens on the courtyard, it is very quiet. The location is excellent, with easy access to all parts of public transit. The area has a real neighborhood feel. The staff is great, very helpful with everything. If you get an apartment with a bathtub, you will see a notice next to the tub that says you can ask the concierge for a safety grab bar. You should get one as it makes getting in and out of the tub much safer.

The staff here were amazing - so helpful with local tips and advice. The apartment was very spacious and well-equipped with a lovely balcony. We felt like we were living as a Berliner for our stay. The location was very central close to tram and underground stations and lots of amazing restaurants nearby - fabulous vegan and vegetarian options were plentiful. We would recommend renting bikes from the property as this was a great way to see the city.

Spacious apartments, have everything you need for a comfortable stay (kitchen utensils, TV, music system, desk, towels). Regular cleaning. Grocery stores and restaurants are within walking distance. The metro is 15 minutes away. Walking distance from attractions from 20 to 40 minutes.

Although the street looks quiet, at night there was constant noise from young people walking around, and in the mornings there was construction equipment working (perhaps this is a temporary situation).

The design of the apartment is absolutely beautiful! The cafe below is so convenient and great food. You would pay thousands for the same apartment in places like London or New York very good value for the standard. The attention to detail is fabulous I definitely recommend the chocolate provided!

Please make the duvet bigger! It was snowing when we visited and having a thicker and wider duvet would of been the cherry on top.

The appartment was very spacious, well equiped and in a perfect location. It was only 20 mins walk to the cathedral area and had lots of restaurants nearby. The staff were very helpfull and always available if needed.

Only one minor issue was the size of the quilt. It didn't fully cover the bed. However, when we raised it with the staff they immediately provided an extra quilt. Problem solved quickly and with no fuss.
