The staff was very nice and helpfull! I had to change my room and they were very nice in helping me and find a new solution. They were always very kind and ready to give advice. The rooms are silent, the bed very good and clean, the bathroom in the room is very clean and new. In the room there is space for personal items and the posibility to lock the big drawer. The location is perfect and in 5 minutes with the bike or scooter you can be in alexanderplatz. Nearby there are a lot of cafes, restaurants and supermarket. There is the posibility to leave the luggages there for free, and to cook in the kitchen. It a very good place to travel alone!

Would be cool to have the posibility to ask for just female dormitory :)

It has everything you need. Great location with a metro stop just in front, good looking facilities with extra services as lockers, kitchen and laundry. Also, the staff is friendly and the breakfast is good enough. Really appreciate a private bathroom for the 6 shared room.

The 6 shared room is quite small for all the people and it gets hot really quickly. Air conditioning or fan would be appreciated.

The atmosphere at Meininger Alexander plats is safe and inclusive for people of all walks of life. The staff are professional, friendly and helpful. This has been a noteworthy hotel experience! I was even so lucky to have made three new friends and met many interesting, well-groomed people in the shared rooms, including social encounters in dinning area and recreational facilities.

As a suggestion, summer blankets could be made available as the heavy winter blankets are very warm, and possibly too insulated for some guests.

Price, location, cleanliness, warm staff and safety were all 100%. I have to commend the staff on being really friendly and helpful. I didn't use the bar but it looked good and maybe next visit I will be less tired and enjoy the bar. There is easy access to U and S and Trams: public transport easily accessible within a couple of minutes of the hotel. I will be back next year.

The only, very minor, adjustment I would suggest is to upgrade the breakfast options (orange juice made with water is not so nice). It is a very minor matter though.

Excellent location and beautiful view (as long as you stay inside:) Friendly and professional staff, good value for the money. Good bonus is the 24/7 open reception and small bar where you can sit with your laptop if you are a business traveler.

The breakfast is very simple, the room is not everywhere super clean. There is no place for your luggage to keep it open. The space was just enough for one person, it would be too small for a couple. They accept CC payments only, some travelers will not like it if they want to spend their cash.

Great quality accommondation. The room was very comfortable. Right next to train station so easy reach. The breakfast was ok, could include bacon so would have been better

Only downside was that the hotel was occupied by bunch of kids or teenagers same time and they were very noisy, running in the corridor, knocking on doors and also kicking on the walls during the night!

Location is perfect!) Breakfast is simple but good: bread, cheese, sausage, butter, boiled eggs, tomatoes, cucumbers, fruits, corn flakes, tea, coffee, milk, jams, croissants, etc. breakfast starts at 6:30 am. Very nice staff!) They helped a lot. There are lockers, if you wanna use it, you should have your own lock or you can buy there for 3 euros. WiFi is ok. There is a billiard In a public zone. Very clean. Beds are super comfortable!!!

Small room for 4 people. And if you open window it can be noisy.

Small but cozy room that worked well for our family with 2 adults and 3 teenagers. Great location in Prenzlauerberg. Very friendly and helpful staff.

Nothing really, the only thing was that it was a bit warm in the room during night time. especially since you had to close the windows to close the out the noice from the outside. But this didn’t bother us to much.

This was a perfect base for the Berlin marathon. Right next to a U Bahn stop, Berlin public transport is a dream and totally worth staying a little further out and save a fair bit of cash over expensive marathon weekend. Modern, refurbished facilities. Would definitely stay again

Breakfast selection not brilliant but good enough for me

The staff was really friendly and helpful, also it was really nice to have clean clothes and doing it while working in the hostel. WiFi was awesome, breakfast was really nice and the location is perfect, just across the u bahn and two stops away from Alexanderplatz.

The shower was a little slippery, but I told the staff and they'll be working on it :)
