Hotel is located immediately next to a U-bahn station in a day-and-night lively district. All of the staff was very accomodating, helpful, and maintained a friendly approach even while operating the 24/7 open reception and bar (where prices were also very friendly)! All of the employees we interacted with could even speak multiple languages! Our room was clean and tidy, modern and tastefully decorated, which was very nice to come to in the evening. Room facilities offered towels and built-in soap dispensers. We also appreciated the on-demand cleaning service of the rooms.

Just a pretty basic place by Alexander Square there’s a lot newer of the hotel chain buildings in other places like east train station and other places downtown the building is a little rundown on the outside it’s nice and definitely ,Schönhauserallee is a great place to start in Berlin. If you just keep walking north you’ll see all the nice shops and follow the subway line all the way down. It’s a pretty great area. The bathrooms were super clean and the hot water worked great the heaters worked. The rooms were clean and basic comfortable. There’s coffee and tea and a 24 hour desk although they make you pay for coffee and tea.

The hotel is a little rundown outside and there’s a lot of construction outside, but the prices are the same as their other hotels around the city that are in brand new buildings, coffee, and tea. I feel like should be available to all the guests for free, but other than that, the staff was really wonderful and helpful and nice.

Low budget hostel in a nice area of Berlin, Prenzlauer Berg. From here you can discover a lot of cultural, historical and culinair highlights of the city. At walking distance of the Alexanderplatz. Helpful, kind receptionists. Good cleaning service. Nice, big room behind the reception where you can eat, chill, work or play together.

If you really need a good sleep, then a 6-person-sleeping room could be too noisy for you. I met extremely kind guests at my room, so I felt lucky, but still I was a little tired after my two nights stay at this hotel.

I liked it. The staff was always very helpful at reception even with my Amazon order. The room was ok. Not too big. Everything seemed organized. It is just two metro stations away from Alexanderplatz, so it was great.

The room was too hot, when I left they told me I could have asked for a fan, but I guess that in summer it is always necessary and I didn't know I had that change until the very end. Although I didn't have to pay (I think the app was broken when I was there) they usually charge for luggage storage through an app, which is strange because hostels/hotels don't do that anymore! I didn't think the breakfast was worth the price.

This hotel's proximity to the metro was a highlight for me, making it incredibly convenient for exploring the city. The cleanliness of the hotel was exceptional, creating a comfortable and welcoming environment throughout my stay. I was impressed by the reliability and speed of the hotel's wifi connection, ensuring I could stay connected effortlessly during my visit.

The absence of air conditioning in the room was disappointing, especially during warmer days, impacting the overall comfort of the stay. The inconvenience of not having a small fridge in the room necessitating trips to the guest kitchen to store items was a drawback to the overall experience. The absence of a telephone in the room to contact the reception was inconvenient and made communication less accessible for guests needing assistance or information.

Perfect location for me and my two teenagers. The hotel was next to an underground stop, walking distance to lovely cafes, restaurants, and Prenzlauerberg as well as Mitte. The location for us was ideal. The hotel is basic but clean. We had our own room with bathroom, TV etc. No luxuries but perfectly adequate, good space and clean.

I didn't like that we had to use an app and pay to store our small bags after checkout. It's a tiny detail on an otherwise good stay but felt annoying and useless.

The room was very clean, provided all that was needed. The location was great, with a little supermarket and options for outside seating right next to the hotel.

The only downside was, that there was no air conditioning. Also, a fenced in construction area blocked off the view in front of the hotel, which otherwise would have been quite beautiful. The subway station right next to the hotel was under construction, and we lost that convenience, not the Hotel's fault though.

The staff was extremely nice! The receptionist explained everything to us very clearly when we arrived. The room was not very big (there were 5 of us), but it was enough for us. It was very clean and comfortable, and the view from the window was very nice too! In the bathroom, there was enough shower gel for all of us and there was also a hair drier, which was very convenient. In the evening we used the common space and played billard. Quality/price ration was also really good. We were very satisfied with our stay.

The only thing which could be improved is the common kitchen in the floor -1. It could be cleaner and also there was little cutlery, plates/cups etc. (but it was probably also due to the fact that people take them to their rooms).

I booked the 4 bed room with bathroom. The bathroom was amazing, plenty of space to shower and get dressed, and the shower had glasses enclosured so the bathroom would not get all wet. There was also towels and hair/body/face wash. There was a mirror in the room, one table and a few bench seats. Also the train line is just in front of the hotel.

The lockers under the bunk beds did not work. I had my padlock but the lockers are like drawers and the inner part of the locker did not flip so it would not lock. But none of my items were missing so it's okay.

The staff was very nice and helpfull! I had to change my room and they were very nice in helping me and find a new solution. They were always very kind and ready to give advice. The rooms are silent, the bed very good and clean, the bathroom in the room is very clean and new. In the room there is space for personal items and the posibility to lock the big drawer. The location is perfect and in 5 minutes with the bike or scooter you can be in alexanderplatz. Nearby there are a lot of cafes, restaurants and supermarket. There is the posibility to leave the luggages there for free, and to cook in the kitchen. It a very good place to travel alone!

Would be cool to have the posibility to ask for just female dormitory :)
