It's a basic hotel, with Bed&Breakfast concept, but it fulfils all your needs. The staff are very friendly, and are always ready to help. We were accompanied by a handicapped person, so they provided us a room designed especially for handicapped people. A big thumb. The Guest kitchen, was a new discovery for us: It's an open kitchen, well-equipped, and free to use. You can buy whatever you need from the nearby ALDI supermarket and enjoy cooking it. The air-conditioning system works great (beware of this point while searching for hotels in summer, your room without an AC can turn into an oven or a sauna) The breakfast was decent with good varieties.

The hotel was very nice, the room was pretty clean and spacious. The are no restaurants nearby, but there is a grocery store in the same building and a guest kitchen in the hotel, which was a pleasant surprise :)

There is no shuttle bus to the airport since Covid. Would be great if the service came back. We ordered a taxi (asked the reception for a car for 4 people with bags). The car that arrived could not fit our luggage, so we had to order another one and go to the airport in two taxis. That is a bit frustrating when you 're going to the airport.

I needed a hotel room for the night while waiting for a flight out of Berlin Airport. This hotel was only 3 stops away on the S-Bahn train line and easily accessible from the train station. I got a single room that was small but efficient and comfortable. Clean and comfortable bed, clean bathroom with great water pressure. You had to insert your key card into a special slot by the door in order for the lights in the room to work. Very quiet hotel. A nice but unexpected feature was the guest kitchen with appliances, dishes, etc. Not very clean, but I was able to boil water for some coffee. There is no fridge, no water kettle, or anything like that in the room. ALDI store is just a few steps away. If you decide to get to the hotel using the S9 or S45 S-Bahn train, remember to buy your ticket ahead of time (machines are everywhere with many language options but you can't buy a ticket on the train itself) and to validate it before getting on the train. There are validation stations on the platform. You just insert the ticket and get it dated, basically. Also, the hotel is in the B section of town, and the airport in the C section. So you can purchase a BC ticket for the train.

Great location for our trip, lovely clean and light rooms with a great sofa area by the window apart from beds, good beds and bathroom, nice breakfast and even a small kitchen where you could cook yourself. Nice bar, friendly staff. All around a good experience for our short trip. Also we paid only €15 to get out room early which was amazing.

Would have loved to be able to stay later too (as well as getting in early) for a fee, it is possible but only til 14:00 so too early for us regardless.

First of all, the staff were very friendly and super helpful. We receved free croissants after arriving late in the evening after easyjet had cancelled our flight, and the following day whilst having a coffee. They also helped us with printing our new boarding passes. Thank you! We had a good sleep, everything was very clean and the room had everything we needed. It was quite spacious with sofa and desk. We liked that we could open the window or have AC. Nice coffees downstairs, nice cafe/ eating areas, all very clean. Free WiFi and plugs, ideal when you are trying to book things/contact people after a cancelled flight! Close to the airport, about 20 euros by taxi. There is an Aldi and bottle shop nearby, very handy.

Nothing we did not like. All spot on!

The reception staff was really great. Especially the young Black woman who works in the evening. Having such a nice person for check-in after a day of horrible customer service was so refreshing. The day staff is also nice and let me charge my phone for a hour since the outlet in the room was not working. The bed was comfy and breakfast was delicious.

After breakfast I was locked at out my room momentarily because I guess the key stops working like 30 minutes before you are supposed to check out. This I found annoying and unnecessary. If they charge for late check out, why lock the card prematurely?

The staff were all friendly and helpful, the room was clean and functional and easy to keep tidy/clear when we left. Decor was attractive and funky downstairs. Has a cool vibe.

It was a E23 taxi ride from the airport so not an airport hotel that is walking distance. I think there is a bus that goes from a stop that ISA 10min + walk away. No trains to here. Slightly less than perfect for comfort because only one pillow!

Friendly and helpful staff, great location for airport, clean and tidy room with two toilets and a walk in shower. Breakfast was very good value. Perfect for somewhere near to the airport. Would stay again if arriving late or departing early. We were only there due to errors by easyJet and this meant a late check in one night and an unexpected second night - hotel staff made it easy for us to extend stay without any issues.

Limited range of alcohol - eg only red wine, no white wine, and no spirits. Pillows weren't great. Nothing to do in the area but we did find a lovely restaurant about 15 mins walk away.

Nice and clean room, nice lobby and close to our parking lot, airport and train station. Employees were welcoming and nice to us, would stay again :)

We had only one night stay because overnight flight delay, but we didnt sleep at all because of drunk group of people in the room next to us partying till 2am. But thats not the problem of the hotel and overall because of the prize and nice room i rate it 9/10

The room was spacious and clean, the beds were confortable enough. The staff helped us with the information we needed. The parking lot was a must for us, so 👍on that(although it cost us 10€/day). There are 2 groceries stores near, so if you are travelling with children its great.

There was no fridge in the room😔
