good hotel, newly built so new & tidy rooms, staff was lovely and they also serve food till 10PM. they stored my luggage till my flight. hotel is right next to a bus stop so if you're alone you can take a bus from the airport to the hotel till 8 PM. The vibe was fantastic inside the hotel with a lovely sitting area downstairs with a bar/food. did not utilise the gym but looked good too.

the shower was not working so they had to move my rooms, the new room was different to what i booked but i understand it can happen, only gripe is that the hotel could have checked the shower before assigning the room to me. other thing for travellers but not for the hotel: bus service stops at 8/9PM so if you are out till late, have to take a taxi from the airport, which is not that expensive but not a big issue. again, not a hotel issue, just a travel trip.

Classy, modern hotel with great attention to detail.

The difficulty of getting to the airport early in the morning. We didn’t have the budget for taking the shuttle bus (7€ per person for a 5 min drive) and the walk was quite long. I expected more options or better public transport.

Outstanding people that took care of us and other co-travellers when Ryanair cancelled our flight. They provided us with good words, encouragement and a night to remember when strangers spend a night by the bar like old friends. You could spend all night at great stuff, good beer, and an amazing lobby. On top of that high standard rooms with comfy beds.

Friendly, helpful staff.. comfortable bed.. Good sized bathroom.. adequate breakfast..

Road works at front of hotel difficult to access from taxi as no proper walkway..not hotel's fault but not a great start.. location fab for airport 5 mins in a taxi and they have a shuttle service too

I liked the room , the common area and the friendliness of the staff.

This hotel is supposed to be close to the airport. However, to reach it from the airport I had to get a taxi which costed me 15€. In the morning to get back to the airport, I used the shuttle service organised by the hotel but I had to pay 7€ for it. I would have expected that an “airport” hotel offers this for free. What’s even worse is that even though there was a discount for couples, we couldn’t use it because my partner was leaving a few hours later than me. So he had to pay another 7€. So all in all the transportation to/from the hotel from/to the airport costed us another 30€. Had I known that I would have booked with the same total amount of money a hotel that is situated on top of terminal 1 of the airport

The hotel is located a good 5 minute drive away from Berlin Brandenburg Airport. The shuttle service can be arranged in advance and costs 12€ for the entire family (9€ for a couple). The driver was extremely nice and accommodating, same goes for staff at reception. Every guest receives a welcome drink at the 24/7 bar in the lobby (beer/wine/cocktail/water). The lobby is great to hang out, with a lounge area, reading area, fussball table and even drawing supplies for kids. 10/10 would stay here again!

A perfect airport hotel.

If you need to stay near the airport, this is a great option. Really enjoyed my brief stay. Great common spaces too... And as a bonus it is only a 35 minute walk to the airport (with public transport option too).

It was just an overnight stay, but everything was just perfect. The location is just two stops from the airport, so you're there within minutes by public transport (the hotel shuttle is also available, for a fraction of a price of a taxi). The bus stop is right in front of the hotel. The staff was kind and helped me with a special request and also with the bus schedule. This is not one of those old-school hotels - it's a brand new designer hotel with young and attentive staff and an interesting, cool concept that I loved! They even offered a welcome drink in the bar, which doubles as a gathering and breakfast space in the morning. There were plenty of choices at breakfast, too (however, cleaning the tables and repositioning items might have been a bit quicker). The room was beautiful, comfortable and so silent, which was a great asset for a light sleeper like me. The price for all this was half the price of a comparable airport hotel so I think I got the most of this stay :)

Air conditioning not good in first room, this is a must in the summer time. The air-conditioning must cool relatively quickly down to 19, 20 degrees C. Also no rooms except the top floor have a hotel phone. This is not except able when a problem arises. Our Trans Atlantic flight had canceled and to now look for an overnight hotel as well as rebook new flight, change on ward hotel, and rental car and then the hotel room air-conditioning not work, not a good showing from the first experience with Moxy. Other room had similar A/C problems. Looked at 4 other rooms before found one with exceptable aircon. Also the shower water pressure in the overhead could be harder

We were looking for a hotel close to the airport, and BER airport being new, it is quite isolated from the city. However, it was easy to walk through fields to the airport, it takes 1/2 hour in the fresh air, which was very nice. From the airport, we reached the centre of Berlin by train easily, it only takes 1/2 hour. The room was clean, comfy and our stay upon expectations

Upon arrival on Friday, there was a large group, which monopolised the bar and self-restaurant, which meant almost 1/2 queue to get some food served.
