The studio apartment was overall pretty great for the price. It was clean and spacious enough for 3 people. Tram stop is right at the gate, the territory is nice and clean. Just a few stops away there is a really nice neighbourhood to explore, and a shopping centre at the nearest train station.

All the deposits for using things that are usually readily available were just ridiculous - had to deposit 30€ for a utensils box for one person, that we had to wait for an hour to be assembled as there were none ready. Didn't even bother asking for two more so all of us get a fork at least - as we did not want to deposit another 60€ and we didn't know how long we would have to wait for the two boxes to be assembled. Other deposits include 20€ for a towel, for example, and the same for a hair dryer.

Let's start with what you expect from a hostel. If you're on a romantic trip, you should look for more expensive options to not disappoint your companion. But for a hostel, it's a good accommodation choice. I needed a place to stay near Berlin, and that's what I got. I spent the night and went about my business. I reached the center of Berlin by car in 25 minutes. You can cook or heat up purchased food in the common kitchen. I'm not sure if there are dishes; everyone brings their own. There are several shared toilets. By evening, they can get dirty, but in the morning, the staff comes and cleans thoroughly. So everything is sparkling in the morning. The girls at the reception are friendly and explain everything. There is a parking lot behind the hostel, costing 2.5 euros per night. In front of the hostel, there is free parking along the road. If you're lucky, you'll find a free spot. Advice! When booking a hostel for 15 euros per day, imagine in advance what kind of clientele and people are staying there for this money. Don't exaggerate your expectations. The rooms smell of smoke, so I slept with the window open. But it was very quiet. There were no noises from the corridor or neighboring rooms all night. The room I got had 2 beds. My roommate turned out to be a very quiet guy who went to bed at 20:00. Obviously, he lives in this room permanently. The beds sag under a person's weight. Sleeping is not very comfortable, but you can endure it for 1-2 nights. As I mentioned earlier, someone actually lives there. The mattresses creak horribly with every movement. It's because of the materials they're covered with. But on the other hand, it's good. The material of the mattresses allows them to be easily cleaned and disinfected. So everyone sleeps on a clean bed without bedbugs. I didn't notice the creaking of beds from neighboring rooms all night. The location of the hostel is convenient.

Before looking for faults, remember how much you paid for this hostel. I believe that for this money, quite acceptable conditions are created. If you need comfortable conditions and are not willing to compromise on price/quality, look for options 5-10 times more expensive, then you may be satisfied.

I think the hostel staffs were exceptional. They were super kind and attentive.

The location is a bit far from the city.

I liked the fact that photos of the facilities were 100% correct in real life. I really liked the showers and toilets and how clean it was everyday. Even toilet papers were added. Fridge in room was such a nice surprise! I liked that there weren't that many people around our room. I liked that there is public transport stop right across the street. I liked the staff. I liked the vending machines. I really like the easy check in and check out process and the possibility of self check in and check out.

The staff could learn to speak english a bit better but the girls were pretty so I can let this one slip. I missed the possibility to dry hands after washing them, but I guess everyone should just bring their own towel.

I stayed here for little over a year. In this time the hostel turned into a very welcoming place and now has breakfast included. The rooms get cleaned regularly and all have a fridge. The staff is nice and helpful and speaks several languages

Some of the people. It's not the hostels fault. The usual guests here are not tourists but workers from Eastern Europe, delivery drivers from India etc. So expect encountering some creepy drunk guys or feces smeared all over the bathroom stalls. Still I would advice coming here if you're on a budget or looking for a place to live. The city center is far away and you need about an hour with tram and s-Bahn to get there but hostels in the center cost a lot more. Also: the metal beds are super loud. Every turn you make in them makes a loud creaking noise that might wake up the guy below/above you.

Súper clean , I saw workers cleaning all the time , therefore the bathrooms were always spotless . I liked that breakfast was included . I liked the bending machine because it was really hot so you could go downstairs to buy a soft drink and refresh a bit . The staff was amazing , always willing to help and they made my stay more safe and comfortable , really helpful when I asked about transport information as well. Fast response Late check in works well

You could have a fan , nights are rough with the heat and mosquitos are on the hunt Locks for the lockers in the room, I couldn’t close my locker even with my lock , and because we are sharing a room I think we need those precautions. I understand that the bedrooms are Mixed but if a girl is alone at least you could make sure that people in the same range of age are together , because creepy 50 year old Men are scary alone at night , I did have bad experiences were I did not feel safe at night. They are send by their company’s I understand but put them Together or sth

After seeing some of the reviews I was a little apprehensive about what to expect. However I was pleasantly surprised - the receptionists were lovely and helpful. The room was clean, access in and out of the hostel after hours was easy with the electronic room key. Breakfast buffet was really very good and all the breakfast staff smiley and pleasant. There is a little bar outside open 2pm to 10pm where you can order beer, snacks or a small pizza. The hostel is about 40mins to 1hr to Berlin centre but it is in a quiet area. Easiest way to the centre I found is the Number 68 tram to Köpenick S Bahnhof and then the S3 train to Alexanderplatz (Destination Spandau). Not many places to eat out immediately in the area but a 5 minute tram ride will take you to local cafes and restaurants. There is an Aldi supermarket 5 mins walk away if self-catering.

The bathrooms could do with cleaning more often. Maybe some previous reviewers have had challenging room mates in shared rooms, so I chose a private room and had no issues.

I had booked a place to sleep with a friend in a shared dormitory. But I am currently walking with crutches and upon arrival the receptionist gave us a room upgrade! We got a double room on the ground floor. Furthermore, the staff was very friendly and helpful. The hostel is cleaned every morning and the room was clean and the beds already made. The hostel is located 16 kilometers from the center of Berlin, but is easily accessible by tram and S-bahn.

The distance from the center The bed creaked quite a bit and was not good for my back (I am still recovering from a serious hernia)

The whole concept is perfect. The rooms are spacious, very comfortable and every thinkable need is taken care of with stylish taste and love.(The washbasins are Vilary and Bosh porcelain.) The common kitchens provide every imaginable facilities . The combined kitchen and lounges are ideal to meet fellow tourists in decent atmosphere (without noisy music). The army of cleaning staff and score of supervisors the difficult job with dedicated passion. The reception staff is highly professional, very dedicated, polite , genuine friendly and amazing. Just enjoy the hospitality and try to plan much more time otherwise you will regret for long time.

The location is not worthy of such establishment.

Breakfast was standard "hotel" style – available options included various types of salami, cheese, cereals, vegetables, tea, or juice. The location is pleasant and well accessible by public transport, but the disadvantage is the distance from the city center. During our stay (26th of Sep 2024), transportation was more complicated due to a closure on a nearby S-Bahn track. I recommend the accommodation. Advantages: good price, pleasant and clean accommodation Disadvantages: long distance from the city center (but this might not be an issue with a functional S-Bahn)
