Honestly, it's a great hotel. Everyone at the reception was friendly. The cleaning lady on my floor was very pleasant and helpful. My room was big, with a lot of light. Bathroom was super clean with all the useful details. Lidl supermarket is few meters away, as well as a laundry salon. The hotel is not close to the city center, I would say 30min by car and around 40min by tram (tram stop few meters away from the hotel) but it's close to the nature and Gardens of the world. I especially loved that because I had an old dog with me, and being fast in the green with him was super convenient.

The hotel is very clean, free parking onsite. The room not too large, bathroom the same, but for my short stay OK. Beds OK. Recepcionists very friendly. No restaurant in hotel, but can buy some drinks at the reception (cold beer e.g.). For the evening an italian restaurant "I Fratelli" in walking distance recommended, very good.

The breakfest you can arrange for 11 eur in the eatery in house (senior house in the area). It is really "in house", 20 metres from the reception inside. The offer was not excellent for Germany, but you can still find, what you need.

It's a very affordable, reasonable and decent hotel by Berlin standards. It's a bit old-fashioned, but the staff is professional and friendly, the rooms are super clean and it's easy to park your car (or bikes).

No breakfast option is problematic, yet of course you can have it around the block, if it's not Sunday or not too early or the place is still there ;-). They give you list of options in the neighborhood, but it's not the convenience of going down and having your breakfast. Another issue is the distance from the city center. It's really far and it's nobody's fault, you just have to realize that.

The room was spacious and clean. It was a bit cold the first night, but I have adapted the following night. The staff is friendly and everything is according to the description. The Wifi was good enough.

The location is not very good. There are supermarkets around, but it's really far from the center (45+ minutes usually with public transportation), but it's not like it was a surprise. A bit annoying that I had to reintroduce the username and password for the Wifi almost every time I tried to connect.

The room was very spacious and the price was reasonable. The staff very polite and helpful. A lot of private parking was available free of charge. Complementary water, coffee and tea in the room. There is a supermarket just few meters away.

The hotel is located in Marzahn quite a bit far away from Berlin city center and famous historical locations but public transportation is close. Few shopping and entertainment possibilities in close distance. Late Check-In not possible (reception closes on 22:30).

just that they cleaned my room the last night even though I didn't want them to but that is on me for taking the do not disturb sign off. the location is 35m away from the center by public transport.

We found all facilities as mentioned in the advert. Room was spacious with a private bathroom, TV and a tea/cofee making facility. Room had a fan but no A/C. There are around 12 dedicated parking spaces for the hotel and we could park the car for free. Receptionists were friendly and helpful. Tram line is very near to hotel. It takes about 40 mins to Alexander Platz. Closest S-Bahn is about 2 km away, but you can get a Tram to it. There are also supermarkets nearby. Bonus Tip: You need coins to buy transport tickets from inside Tram. Therefore it is advisable to get them earlier if you want to buy daily tickets from a S-Bahn or U-Bahn station where you can use bank notes/credit card.

In the evening there were lot of mosquitoes in the area. That limits opening the window if it is too hot and the room did not have A/C. However for us it was not too hot inside room even we visited in end of July and there was a fan.

The room was spacious, the hotel staff very friendly, and the room had all the necessary amenities including a free bottle of water (restocked daily).

the room was very warm at times and difficult to ventilate /cool down. Furthermore the last night I registered sigaret smoke entering the room (through the open window, because of the temperature) which influenced the overal night-, and sleeping experience

It was very comfortable. nice room. clean, with all we need to stay. nice staff, friendly and helpful. Nice & convenient location.

The main gate was hard to open if you have to carry bags. someone must hold the door for you. The price we finally paid is higher than what we paid. Almost all the hotels we booked for July have higher costs than the booked prices.

Convenient location, close to the autobahn, and close to bus and tram lines. Free parking. Clean and comfortable room, with tea/coffee making facilities and mineral water. Friendly staff. Quiet hotel.
