Clean, comfy beds, big bathroom, nice staff

No fridge and tee&coffee in the room. Tea & coffee was offered for free at the reception, but you were not allowed to bring the cups to the room. Not at all comfy for me.

Friendly staff Lovely modern hotel and room was very clean. Easy access to the center of Berlin with tram stop very close to hotel.

Location outside of hotel not the most pleasant. Also room states it's a double bed but it has two single mattresses.

The property was exceptionally clean and comfortable, and the location is excellent. I thoroughly enjoy it.

During check-in, there was an old man at the information point who was extremely slow, causing my check-in process alone to take about 25 minutes. After he gave me the key, I went to my room only to find that the key was deactivated. I then had to return to him to ask for it to be activated. Previously, when I stayed at this hotel, the process was super fast and very professional, especially with the younger staff. This time, however, it was not.

Quick check in (although an option to do this 100% contactless would be great). Also parking possibilities are great (free at the street). The rooms are nice, comfortable and good equipped. No issues to sleep - soundproof is good. there is a tram stop right outside of the hotel and several korean restaurants within a 200 m radius. Staff super friendly.

Need to travel quite some time to reach city center with public transportation, but it is Berlin!

The hotel is very modern, beautiful and well designed. Perfect beds, silent rooms.

Staff : gave answers in the tone of "How would I know when you can have breakfast? I'm new here!". Breakfast: we paid an extra to have a more luxurious breakfast. But many things were not there for several days and communication about that was a bit silly as their English was very poor. Avoid the expensive breakfast, in fact you get what you need in the base formula.

Lovely small hotel with a great vibe. Room was on 2 levels and looked out over a garden at the rear of the building with relaxed outside bar area. The safe in the room was massive so I was able to keep my valuables (including laptop) safe. 24 hour free coffee etc was a really nice touch.

There was free water on arrival but not every day - had to use the vending machine in the basement. I didn't realise this at first. The breakfast buffet was a little limited but good quality.

The WiFi was fast & reliable. The staff was friendly. The AC in the heatwave was very welcome. The location is quite remote but transport to city centre is very good and the Vietnamese restaurants around serve tasty food.

The double bed was really two single mattresses next one to another and they do move apart at night. There seems to be a club nearby and although the windows block the noise well, you may hear some pounding noise on the weekend if your windows are looking out onto the shopping centre. It ended before midnight though.

The staff was really friendly and helpful, they even stored a leftover pizza for me in their fridge for a night.

Just be aware that the area surrounding the hotel is quite outside of the heart of Berlin, which means it's not so pleasing for your eyes and finding a restaurant later in the night nearby is quite hard. As my partner couldn't come I asked to reduce the price for a one-person stay which wasn't possible, but this might have been a problem with booking.com either, I'm not sure.

Nice outdoor and indoor dining and drink seating. Nice breakfast. 5. Close to public transportation. 6. One minute walk to Asian center with lots of inexpensive Vietnamese restaurants. ( ask Jenny for her recommendation). 7. Well-priced. Well worth it.

1. Very small room. 2. No desk, no comfortable place to work if you need to do work. 3. Bathroom: Strangest, most uncomfortable toilet ever! Shower door makes floor wet.

The personell was professional and helpful. The hotel was clean, it has parking, complementary coffee and tea at the reception. The cleaning ladies were taking the garbage bags from our room every day, and we got our towels changed during our 3 days stay. The breakfast is great value for the money.

It's not that we didn't like it, but it is more as a suggestion: it would be good if there is mini fridge in the room.
