It was spacious and comfortable.

There is no reception at the place as its completely online but it can happen that you call them for help and they will not pick up for hours even if they say the reception on call is 24/7.

The self Check-in and Check-out was smooth and quick and the location is good. The room was clean and prepared with welcome drinks and ear protections gummies, and coffee machine tablets. The smart TV was connected to internet and the wifi was good. The staff can answer questions quickly.

The sounds from other neighbors can be heard very easily and the walls were not soundproof and in the check-in process you must sign a declaration that they can save, use and process your personal data! They reached to my privat WhatsApp promptly after booking, I assumed they can do this in emergency cases.

We loved the functionality of the room, despite small, we had enough place for everything. Well-equipped kitchenette, wardrobes, comfortable beds, bathroom with supplies, in addition, we even had a very nice view from the window. The room and the facility itself were clean. Working elevator. Easy process of check in and out, everything required was communicated to us in advance with reminders and step-by-step instructions. The facility is just next to the tram stop, it is a direct line to the city center (Alexanderplatz, Hauptbahnhof etc). Shops are nearby. The staff was very responsive via chat, they were kind to provide us with additional things that we needed and asked for. Also, some drinks, coffee and tea awaited us in the room as a welcome gift. All in all, we liked it a lot!

It was in walking distance to transport into the city. The kitchenette had everything we needed. It was also very clean and the bed was comfy. Would stay here again if in Berlin again.

The soundproofing wasn't that great when it came to noise in the hallway. If there was anyone in the hallway outside the room, you could very much hear them. There weren't many people going in and out at night so it was overall fine.

The location is at a quiet place, which is nice. It only takes 20 mins by tram to go to Alexanderplatz. Rewe is nearby and if you are craving for late night food then there is a donor shop which is open 24/7. Toilet was clean but still negative point for improvement is written below this section.

We stayed for 3 days but no one came to clean the room or toilet. Which could be considered for improvement. If it's possible, also provide a small fan or ventilator, especially, its necessary in summer. It was boiling hot and humid in the building.

It was a nice facility. The amenities in the room were largely adequate. I did not have any problems with hot water and heating. Very close to the tram stop, you can be at Alexanderplatz in 20 minutes.

The single studio apartment was in the penthouse. For this reason, the ceiling was flattened, I had to walk in the room by bending down. It was not sufficient in terms of cleanliness. The floors were dusty and there was a trace of body fluids on the wall next to my bed.

It seems to me that there are a lot of critical people giving reviews here. We arrived expecting a mediocre place to crash. The reality was quite the opposite! The room was clean, had comfy beds, a kitchen corner and a very good bathroom. We loved the self check in (very easy to do) and free parking (right next to the hotel). Location is superb, having a shop (Rewe) and food places nearby (kebab, Asian). Very good connection to the city centre, as the tram stop is ~ 5 minutes away. Excellent value for price (130 EUR for 2 adults for 2 nights).

The TV remote did not work.

The location is great, its a bit outside of the city, but there is a metro station 200m away. Its a small room with bathroom, with everything you need for a few days off near the city. There is also a coffee machine, mini fridge, toaster and a cooker, so you can make a meal.

We missed another sink in the kitchen area, because you had to wash the dishes in the bathroom sink. But this is minor thing to improve.

One thing in description was perfectly correct-property is located in quite close proximity of Alexanderplatz. Seeing TV tower from our window was nice bonus.

Although I do understand that receptionists are extra expenses for business and just sending a access code is much cheaper, still lack of old fashion receptionist at the door made it feel somewhat impersonal and not welcoming. Besides not having receptionist also meant that guests have no one to address in case if guest has any needs.

Location was very close to tramline which made accessing the city very easy. Parking was free and in a dedicated off-street lot immediately across the street. The location was generally quiet albeit with a bit of noise from the trams which we quickly adapted to. All interactions were done online which made checkin and checkout very easy. The building and room were accessed using electronic keypays.

We stayed on the 4th floor and the rooms could get warm as there is no AC or fans.
