Excellent place: super clean, a great breakfast, very friendly staff. The room had everything one needs, even TV and shampoo/gel in dispensers. I got a great rate a day before arrival.

Nothing really. I stayed on Saturday and there were not too many quests or school groups, so there was no noise issue in the building. However, there is a park next to it and a group of African youth was hanging out there with music and smoking “stuff” all evening long, so I couldn’t open the window. Maybe the rooms on the other side of the building (right side) would be better for someone noise-sensitive.

Friendly and efficient staff, proper German breakfast with all the trimmings, and a well located site with interesting architecture, the JBB was a great place to stay, especially for the historic city. Great transit access for getting around further afield in Bielefeld.

It would have been great to have more of a pub (Kneipe) near or on the site to better connect people travelling with locals. That side of Bielefeld could really use something that was a bit more hip, and people travelling could use a place for a night-cap with some more atmosphere.

Clean room, comfortable beds, good value for money. Breakfast was much better than expected! (Yoghurt, bread, cheeses, meats, eggs, fruits, jams).

We had to make our own beds. Bathrooms could use a little more space to put your toiletries (i.e. a shelf in the shower etc). No parking available at the property, but parking around the corner on the street was free during the weekends (not during weekdays!)

Wonderful area. Very beautiful surroundings. The breakfast was also very good. Different varieties and constant refill. Way better than I expected. The check in was smooth and the lady at the reception was friendly. The location is also wonderful. Directly where a tram station is and 5 minutes away to take the bus.

Staff very friendly & accommodating. Assisted with arranging a 3.45am taxi for us and even gave us a packed lunch to take away because of the very early start.

Front of the hotel suffers with noise of the trams because the windows need to be open due to the heat but they don't run all night.

Nice, quiet place. Plenty of parking options ( in the afternoon. Good value for money. Many thanks.

Something missing in the rooms? Under replacement possibly, but some bed side tables, desk and chair would/will be great ....

Staff were really helpful and cheerful. They pointed out directions and gave tips. Breakfast was good.

Price was excessive, given you had to make your own bed. Drug addicts outside were a tad intimidating but made no direct attempt to confront us.

Excellent value for money, basic but very comfortable room, good and overall varied breakfast buffet options. Minimalistic, modern interior.

No warm breakfast options.

Staff at the desk were very helpful and welcoming Breakfast was very good and overall the stay was value for money.

Location was not the most central but not a long walk . Parking could be closer to the hotel !
