I have stayed here before in past years, and it was my preferred choice this time around again. The hotel maintains its very high standards. Very conviniently and centrally located, one can quickly jump onto any type of transport. I had an upgrade to a superior room which was very comfortable, spacious and quiet indeed. Wonderful selection of food and drinks at the breakfast buffet. The chef was very happy to have a friendly chat with guests and answer questions which was very nice.

Fabulous to have a kettle in the room and water - please could black tea be added to the choice of herbal teas (which were nice) and coffee/decaff. The window gives plenty of light during the day but in the night it would have been nice to have a brighter lamp at the work desk.

clean modern room -- good firm beds -- quiet hotel not noisy -- friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast is comprehensive not cheap there is plenty of everything they also have some organic stuff. -- dinner at hotel was good -- General hotel areas are tidy and clean -- there was always someone at the front desk to help you.

parking is unnecessarily expensive in the hotel. in the car-parking "stadhalle" which is directly behind the hotel a day parking is 10 euros in the hotel it is 17 euros.... why? the hotel location is across from the train and bus station .... lots of hobos and everything else you come across in this kind of location. many immigrants how seem to live nearby it's not dangerous but it gives an unsettled feeling....if you know what I mean. if you dont know what is mean let me say it a bit differently; you wouldn't think you were in Germany..... the police station is next to all of that keeps it in check I guess.

The hotel is very well situated for train travellers, it's directly opposite the train station. At the same time one can walk into the downtown shopping area within a few minutes. The room was very well furnished and clean. We enjoyed our stay and would stay again.

Even though the hotel is conveniently located near the station and close to downtown, the area itself can be a bit rough. The staff however does everything they can so that you forget that. So actually, nothing bad to say.

Location was great. Rooms were spotless. It was comfortable. The staff was exceptional, super friendly, and helpful. Great restaurant on site.

Room ventilation was lacking. Rooms were stuffy and it felt like no airflow, and there was nothing I could do about it. Even with windows open. It was stuffy.

Hotel with old and New building. In front of station, and by bus station and underground. Very near the commercial pedestrian streets full of shops. Big Car park below hotel with direct elevator to lobby. Big room with excellent bathroom Verygood bed. Big breakfast

The location of the Hotel is absolutely perfect , especially for people that travel by rail.The cleanlyness was outstanding. The availability of a smoking area on site was appreciated as well as the swiftness of the elevators .

The access to the underground Garage and the parking spots are designed for small cars and can be a little challenging for even mid sized vehicles. This comes from someone who has been driving for 62 years.

Central location , right by the railway station. Great breakfast buffet, amazing variety of food! Nice bar that was opened until quite late. The room was a decent size, very clean, modern bathroom.

The hotel car park was closed when we arrived at 5 pm. Luckily there was another car parking lot next to the hotel- you cannot pay with Visa/ MasterCard card. It was quite an inconvenience having to get cash from ATM on the station. It is not a hotel’s fault but I think useful for other people to know.

The rooms were lovely and comfortable. The WIFI worked perfectly. The staff were lovely and friendly. The location was very convenient, close to the city centre. The breakfast buffet was delicious with a very large range of foods.

I have nothing bad to say.

Excellent location beside the railway station but quiet. Restaurant and bar with the hotel. Enjoyable meal. Convenient location for the town centre. Pleasant room. English spoken which was a great advantage.

My room was spacious enough with a nice and clean bathroom. Underground parking was good for any type of cars, i.e. no issue with the space. Good central location, the hotel looked stylish and well maintained.

I had a dinner at a bar/restaurant on the ground floor and it seemed to me that the menu was basic.
