The hotel is just perfect! We get to feel German house in most comfortable way. Room was very spacious. It was all clean, felt like real home with no any stains, not even a dust. Secure car parking. We were travelling back to Sweden from Paris and used that hotel as a sleep over so we couldn’t make it within regular checking time. The hotel made sure that we could easily self check in. Process was very smooth and super thankful to Gloria who gave us clear and easy to follow instructions over messages. Breakfast was very generous and tasty! Overall it’s a perfect place for traveller. Great value for money, in-fact you are getting more than what you are paying.

Very clean hotel with friendly staff. The location too was great and a short walk to the centre. The rooms were spacious and the beds very comfortable. Also the free mini bar was a bonus as was stocked up daily.

The only thing that can do with a little improvement is the choice of breakfast food. For example there was only one fried egg and plenty scrumbleded on the 1st day and next day none. The price too was a bit high at 19euros pp.

Everything! The place is lovely, the staff accommodating, great value, great location...comfortable, clean, even elegant. Great location...lots of shopping, restaurants nearby. I will absolutely stay there again!

Only thing was, there was a cylindrical-type fan in the room, rather than central air. The room did not have air conditioning - this is probably pretty standard, as it is Germany, not a warmer climate. The thing was a bit noisy. They may want to install splits.

We loved how friendly the staff was. It was a surprisingly scorching hot day when we arrived and there was an air condition placed in the room (Bielefeld normally does not see such temperatures, so they were extraordinarily well prepared and thoughtful). Location is superbly central, so we ate breakfast on the market square and at Kunsthalle and skipped the hotel's breakfast offer.

The cleaning lady entered without knocking on the door, just a minor thing.

The hotel manager is super nice and friendly. The hotel is clean and new. The room is comfortable. And the bathroom is spacious and well designed. We brought our dog and really appreciated that pets are allowed. The location is perfectly in the old city center so we enjoyed urban life and convenience before and after a day of long walks in the Teutoburgerwoud.

Check out time at 10:00 is a little early. But we managed.

The hotel is well located in the center of Bielefeld. I arrived late in a rainy evening, and the aromatic lobby really relaxed me. Mario in the reception is very hospitable and helpful, he showed me all the way to pack my car in their downstair parking, and is always willing to offer the help. And I liked the breakfast next morning, fresh, clean and very well prepared. Strongly recommended.

The location was perfect, the staff were the nicest, super friendly and breakfast was delicious. The staff go out of their way to make sure you are happy and attend to any small thing you request right away. I highly recommend this warm welcoming place. ( I don't normally write reviews on places I stay in, unless it really leaves a great impression on me)

Great hotel, chic lobby and simply decorated but stylish rooms, bathroom was large and shower was great. The man at reception was very friendly and made us feel welcome. Great location in center 10-15 min walk from HBF. Had a sauna that we didn't try, but would next time.

Doors to the rooms were a bit thin so could hear everything going on outside/in other's rooms. We could have done with extra pillows -only one per person(but to be fair didn't ask, so this may have been possible).

Cosy and clean. Coffees and teas are provided 24/7 in the lobby which is great for people who don’t eat breakfast but just need a pick me up of caffeine! Drinks in the room are also free. Staffs are friendly and helpful too.

The wall between rooms are thin. I was woken up early morning by next door guest walking around with heels in the room.
