Went back to the region I grew up, for a a two day hiking trip starting at Mühle in Binzen. Friendly welcome and check in by the same gentleman who happened to my server at the restaurant in the evening as well. He was super friendly und very customer oriented. I booked a Jr Suite and the room was very spacious and comfortable. Nothing new and fancy but therefore with charme. Dinner was delicious although I'm a big Puglia fan and a bit biased but it was really good. Breakfast was alright 'überschaubar' we say in Germany. Overall a great experience and certainly a wonderful alternative when back in the region. I can highly recommend this hotel.

Only bit of constructive feedback to the breakfast lady: just because you're a solo traveler doesn't mean you need to give him a table right in front of the buffet. The breakfast place was empty and as she welcomed a couple "how about a place at the window" why not offering a window seat to the solo traveler? She was nice but please treat everyone with the same respect.

Lovely hotel with all details thought. Pool and garden very well kept, with lovely restaurant terrace. Friendly service. Good restaurant although the pasta sauce was too salty. Absolute bonus for welcoming dogs! Great stop close to Basel.

No complain, except the breakfast could be a bit improved, for instance some fresh juice and a greater variety of cold cuts. Excellent coffee though.

Everything was perfect. Staying there the 2nd time within 2 weeks speaks for itself. Friendly welcome, great dinner with awesome service and super friendly breakfast experience. Same room as last time, very spacious and quiet. Great value for money. As mentioned before, we can highly recommend Mühle.

I arrived around 1:00 in the night, so I called beforehand to make sure this was possible. The staff said this was no problem and took the time to explain how to get into my room and gave me some more info regarding breakfast. Even though I did not meet anyone at arrival, I felt most welcome.

I have absolutely nothing to complain about. If I really must name something; the bolts of the soap/shampoo holder in the shower could be tightened so that it hangs straight. This did not bother me at all.

The rooms were clean and the reception friendly. I enjoyed the location of the hotel.

They ran out of fruit one hour after breakfast started and it took them 45 minutes to refill. The morning breakfast staff was grouchy and worked slowly.

Very easy access from motorway . In a lovely little village ( quiet).. walking distance to centre. Very friendly welcome … the restaurant was closed for Monday’s.. but Fabio booked us a table in a very good restaurant 5 min walk away. It was perfect! 👍 The room was very clean and spacious… great bathroom 👍 We would definitely return .

Very nice hotel in a quiet neighborhood! I loved the room, equipment, and cosmetics that were in the room. The man at the reception was very kind to me. I enjoyed the stay. Thank you!

it is ideally located in a peaceful location and offers all the desired facilities and comfort. the breakfast was very good and the hotel staff members were very helpful and nice. I would love to stay again and highly recommend it.

Proper room, nice location, friendly staff. We arrived after a two week vacation in Italy, so we were looking for 'traditional' German cuisine. The hotel staff were so nice to call a nearby restaurant which could serve this, really nice service! Also the breakfast was very good.

The shower grouts needed to be thoroughly cleaned.
