Comfortable, good sized room with fair price. Reception staff was friendly.

Cleaning staff interrupting my sleep at 9 am even if I was staying only one night. There is no reason to come to your door before check out time! It was a bit complicated to access later in evening, because main door is not in use with your room card. Reaching Birkenwerder was a pain, because of track works at S-bahn with replacement bus. Even with normal connections it is quite far away from Berlin.

Easy access from and to the highway. Quet, beautiful place. Good parking even for big cars. Comfortable beds, clean bathroom. Very nice breakfast. The personal was very friendly.

The was holes in the windows nets and was smoked in the room - the room smell was poor. Although big room.

All round good experience. Host on hand for any questions, or service. Very close to Train Station so ideal for day trips into Berlin central.

No issues. A little map or info regarding local area and shops for would have been nice.

The Hotel is very clean, the staff if helpful, and the room is comfortable. The location is calm.

I stayed there while visiting Berlin, so I needed to get a 40m to 1h train each time I wanted to go to Berlin or came back. Just have that in mind if its your case.

The breakfast was not varied, little choice. Very difficult to find the hotel as it's entrance is not where the Google maps suggests. Very small and tight and busy parking place.

Booking this place was easy, I enjoyed the serene atmosphere. It is just opposite the main train station and a bus stop so we easily moved around Berlin. The staff were nice, and the rooms very clean and comfortable.

Friendly staff, spotlessly clean room. Location right next to the S Bahn station. Parking for bikes available (outside only). Great value for money.

The room was big and the staff was nice, although they did not understand english that good. The room and bathroom was clean, and the beds were comfortable.

The location was quite bad, it took about 1h to town.

There was only one key to the room, so if I wanted to go shopping and my husband take a walk we couldn’t do anything separate since only one key, very inconvenient.
