Everything was very clean and modern. You use your phone to unlock doors instead of room keys. They will give you one if you want it. The room looked brand new. Everything was well kept, and the comforters were very puffy, unlike those that have been washed often. Both, the room and the bathroom were fairly large.

The hotel does not have any air conditioning, and even with the windows open the room was very hot. It’s also in an industrial area so not easy to get places without some type of transportation. Also, because of the industrial area, workers were clanging things during the daylight hours which were around 5am until 1030pm. Much to early, and late.

Big room. Really easy access with an online link to open the main entrance and the room door. Plentiful parking. Really quiet location. Clean! Easy to reach by car. It looks like this used to be an office building, which was converted to a hotel. Works great, but you see that the furniture was added later and doesn't integrate that well. Not that it matters though. We booked a two-person room for three people. It doesn't say anywhere, but that means they put an extra bed in the room. The rooms are large enough for that!

Only the parking spots closest to the hotel were lit. We found the other parking spots, but found out the next morning that we didn't park within the lines. The beds were really soft.

in the woods.. beautiful lake with ducks. big clean room...TV...tea coffee in room kettle..great wet room...had a good shower..top class hotel

you need a car,taxi ,or a good pair of walking legs !!! to get to hotel I mistakenly thought it was in central Berlin...but it's in greater Berlin in the countryside...no buses..I had to walk for nearly a hour to get there.....a big lesson learnt by me....I should of study the transport links or lack of transport to get to hotel lucky I enjoyed the walk through the woods to hotel...but my legs were aching...hehe

The room is spacious/ big enough for a family of 4. The location is quiet, as well as in the hotel. Breakfast was ok, not so crowded.

Unstable Internet connection. The shower area in the bathroom is open, it would be great if there is like a glass door, so that the water will not splash all over the bathroom.

Room was excellent, very clean, newly renovated and quiet. Really liked the place, would consider coming back.

Our room did not open, we called their contact number and they sent someone quickly (i.e. less than 5 minutes) so not a big deal. However on the App it's not obvious how to request help.

no anti-slip measures in the bathroom nor shower curtain to prevent water spilling out, the surrounding area is an industrial park so not very convenient for food or grocery shopping.

Contactless check-in with no issues, can't forget the key as it is on your phone. Clean and comfortable. Quiet area with a nice view.

A little maintenance would be necessary (showerhead leaking, socket slightly loose, cabinet scratching floor), but no dealbreaker, far away from shops and public transport isn't good there at night. Can hear guests from other rooms quite loudly.

Friendly staff, big and clean room, fast WLAN.

The process automatization exceeds personal communication. I received 5 times the welcome email with a lot (and useful) information, while personal questions could be answered only asking again via email.

This was the largest rooms, which we have gotten so far. There was as good a view as you can get in the area, and we were able to manage on our own from arrival to departure. Very appreciated. Very nice and new bathroom.

There is no AC in the room, and this summer that meant that it was very hot. But closed curtains and windows open at night, and it was reasonable.

Great budget stay with the family at the outskirts of Berlin. Easy to reach the city center with the car. The room was spacious and clean. Everything available what you need. The breakfast was reasonable.
