The rooms were large, modern and super clean. The breakfast was extraordinary for such a small hotel. There was a buffet with huge variety and even eggs cooked to order. It is not far from the motorway and there is plenty of free parking on site. The old town, with lots of restaurants etc. is only a couple of minutes walk.

The hotel is on the main road through Bitburg, which was not immediately obvious from the pictures. It was quite loud, particularly if you want to have the window open in the summer. We were a little surprised that reception is not manned on a Sunday at all and that all keycards for check ins that day are simply left in a keysafe accessible with a pin, which was sent to us. As far as I can make out there was no staff on site at all on the Sunday. It felt a bit weird. I expect better from a four star hotel.

We loved the family atmosphere. We felt as if we were part of the family. We had a wonderful stay and will recommend it to any of our friends who will be traveling in that area. The breakfast was one of the best we had while traveling in Europe!

We had an issue checking in. Booking.com was supposed to send us the information as to how we check-in after hours, but they never did so. There was no one at the desk or the office to assist us. Thankfully, one of the guests of the hotel could read the German (our primary language is English) in which the directions were written that were posted on the door, and we were finally able to get into our room. I do not fault the hotel for this; I fault Booking.com for not contacting us with the information. We did not enjoy the view from our room - it was the back of the wrought iron stairwell.

Property is very clean and the staff were very nice and the room is very roomy and clean

I like everything. About this property we visited Bitburg to show my son’s girls where he was born My son pass away in January of 2021 and we are raising his 3 girls and we use to live in Bitburg back in 1979 because my husband was in the US army and assigned to work at the Air Force base We had fond memories living in Bitburg and so that is why we promise our son that we will take them back unfortunately he pass before we are able to

We were traveling in a group of 3. We booked a room that for our needs perfectly. There was a double room attached to a single room. There was one full shared bathroom and a half bathroom for us to use. We slept wonderfully and enjoyed the town very much. Breakfast in the morning was included in our stay abs was excellent.

It’s not really a requirement nor does it reflect on my booking to stay again, I would stay here again when in the area, but it would have been nice to have a small refrigerator in the room for cold drinks and other items.

From the outside it was a very traditional Eifel Hotel, inside was very modern and tastefully decorated, everything was clean, comfortable and spacious. All staff were very helpful and friendly. Breakfast was very good value for money, a lot of choice and plenty fresh produce. The hotel is situated at the start of the shopping streets and a fantastic location to explore bitburg. I can highly recommend it

The hotel rooms were very spacious and clean. Unfortunately the restaurant in the hotel was closed but it was walking distance to the centre so we found a restaurant. Breakfast was good, loved that the staff brought you a jug of coffee rather than getting it from the machine. Staff very helpful and kind.

The family room we booked was huge and very well equipped. The rooms were very comfortable and had coffee and tea making facilities. The breakfast room was lovely and the breakfast choice was excellent

Breakfast was amazing. really good. They exceeded our expectations by far.

Nothing. In the evening they even kept the bar open for us until we were done. not many places do that any more these days. We will be back for sure.

The rooms were very clean and spacious. The brekfast was an array as expected and very good. Hospitality was great. Everyone was nice! The walkability was fantastic. We walked to several restaurants and bars. It's also a quick walk or drive to 2 local grocery stores.

Beautiful hotel with nice outside space for a drink. Very central. Off road parking hidden from view so great for our motorcycle trip.
