The rooms were very clean and beds were comfortable. The breakfast was lovely and our server was sweet, and although she didn’t speak any English we were able to communicate with our little bit of German. The conveniently located play ground, next to parking area, was greatly enjoyed by our children.

Upon our later arrival, the night staff gentleman, who ultimately checked us in, was rather rude, telling us we didn’t have a reservation and that he didn’t speak English. But he changed his attitude and was apologetic, speaking English, after checking his phone to discover our reservation made on Booking.com. Although we had eaten before our arrival, there was not any place to eat or get a snack, or even get a beer after 9 pm.

Room was a triple at no extra cost so was spacious, it was a little spartan - no lamp on one side of the bed. Only had one curtain at each of the windows which didn’t pull right across - if there had been a decent good quality pair of curtains at the windows it would have enhanced the room tremendously , made it feel more comfortable and would have enhanced the privacy.

The hotel is very clean, the rooms are large, in excellent condition and with really comfy beds. Staff very helpful, particularly the lady who does the breakfast (which is very good) Good food and drink available and another small bar and restaurant next door providing more options.

The friendly staff, clean spacious rooms. Quiet little village. They made a simple but delicious chicken/fries meal for us even though we arrived late in the evening. They stayed open especially for us and some other guests. Breakfast also good.

Everything was ok. No bad things. Especially if you like peace and quietness. Next time though, we are going to book a little closer to a big city for more nightlife.

Lovely traditional German style hotel excellent location and great room, very comfortable bed and bathroom was well appointed. Had evening meal in the restaurant which was superb as was breakfast. A fantastic hotel very friendly and attentive service, will definitely recommend and come back again.

Dinner high price for the quality, although green and nice landscape region the hotel is situated on the main road in the village with no view of the hills

Very rich buffet breakfast! Many choices. Also nice dinner. Very good service. Nice people. Spacious room. Quiet. It is close to Vianden castle. We will come back again next time when we go to that area.

The rest it's all good. Liked the staff. The triple room is huge. Also the bar and restaurant at site is good. Bikers can park the bike securely.

The room could be cleaner. There were a few dead flies.

Everything about this hotel is spot on, the food is fabulous. Great location and plenty of parking. Lovely beer garden to rear.
