Super clean - smells excellent, spacious, we had everything we needed. The kitchen was well-equipped and TV is smart so we could watch Netflix in the evening because it was cold and rainy outside. We loved the window blinds. Penny market is just around the corner, the city center is 10 minutes away on foot and there's a wonderful Harry Potter-themed tattoo parlour nearby :D

If I were to nitpick, I wish it was a bit warmer in the apartment when we arrived, but I understand the current situation with heating in Germany and can't say this was a major turnoff. I respect that the homeowner respects the situation, too. I wish there were slippers in the apartment and that's all.

Everything was lovely! It was a very cozy apartment and the location was excellent; under 10 minutes away from downtown. Well equipped and very clean.

A slight issue with the parking. There is one right in front of the apartment, but that was always occupied. So we asked one of the neighbours, that eventually showed up to be very kind, for a nearby parking and he showed us a parking place at 2 minutes from the location. Other than that, everything was perfect!

It was lovely apartment , plenty of space , clean and tidy. Would love to come back - lots of positives.

A small area the Bed linen was below expectation , a single duvet on a double of bed , needed to add the other spare duvet to keep warm. and had double up on the pillow.

It was exactly how I thought an apartment should look like... The key box instructions with the PIN worked as advertised...The location is nice and the apartment is comfortable..

If only they had also hard pillows in addition to soft ones...

Property was very modern and clean, it had everything you needed for it to feel like a home away from home. It felt great value for money. Just a short walk from lots of bars and restaurants. We really enjoyed Bochum in general too.

Top location near city center, free parking on street, clean and comfortable. Would definitely stay again if visiting Bochum.

Only thing missing to make it a top stay is a washing machine.

It has good location - very close to Bochumer Verein station ( 305, 302 line from Hbf- just two stops) or some 10 minutes walk from Rathaus. It is solidly equipped apartment on the 1st floor in a small residential building. Clean and well maintained, perfect for a family.

They miss a pan for baking in a oven. All other is good

The location of the apartment is a reasonable 10-12 minute walk to the tram stop. It is also very close to the main downtown stretch. It's a beautiful apartment in a quiet neighborhood.

Grabbing the keys seems "easy" but I was missing some instruction. I'm still not sure if there is another button you need to press after submitting the code, but I called the support number and they were able to remotely drop the keys.

+Nice and modern apartment, really comfy and with all facilites. +Easy check-in through a lockbox, which is perfect for late check-ins. +The heater was already on when we arrived, which was such a detail.

- Checkout was so early (at 10am), should be around 12 like other places.

Everything for the long stay is equipped. Supermarket is close to the apartment, apploximately 5 minutes by walk.
