The breakfast selection was 5-star-worrhy. On request you get gluten free bread. Vegetarian options are scant but enough. The room and bar seem to reflect a farming family, very interesting.

There was no kettle in the room and the breakfast room is not accessible in the evening/night. So make sure to get your bedtime tea from a cafe somewhere outside. You get pricey little items in the mini bar but if you need water, tap water tastes just as good. I drank it.

The hotel was easy to find, short walking distance from the city center. Really professional stuff, very helpful and friendly. The room was clean and really welcoming for my short stay.

The only thing that bothered me was that, because my room was on the main street side of the building, it was pretty much traffic at night and you could hear the cars from outside. so I would recommend, if you have a sensitive sleep, maybe ask for a room with view in the backyard.

The Reception lady / Natalie was absolutely wonderful. Energetic and full of information as well as humor . Room was a bit compact but quiet , very clean and bright with great exterior light as well as interior lighting . Bathroom was very clean with small toiletries. Bed was comfortable. Close to several excellent and reasonably priced restaurants. Great inside secure bike storage . Has a convenient lift for upper floors . Breakfast was plentiful with hot and cold food choices .

Clean, very nice staff, good breakfast. Good location just a few steps from the U-Bahn station, easy commute to the university. Lots of restaurants and shops nearby.

Wifi was a bit weak, was a bit annoying since I was travelling for work and needed to use it a lot.

Breakfast was very good and we had a nice ceiling window as we were in the upper floor. Also Aircon was very helpful

The decor is a bit outdated and the pillows weren't too comfortable

Clear explanations from the polite and understanding staff, despite the occasional language barrier between us. Breakfast was nice and varied, location was easily reachable and close to the main station, and the rooms were clean and comfortable.

Clean rooms, nice breaksfast with very good koffee. Friendly staff doing all to help. Shopping area and restaurants about 5 min walk distance. Parking at the hotel and close by.

I enjoyed my overall experience very much. I liked the location of the hotel, which was very near to the centre of Bochum (just under 5 minutes to the Rathaus and main shopping streets, with good access to restaurants and cafes). Located on the Westring, it's also not too far from the main train station. The hotel room was exceptionally clean and maintained to a high standard. The staff were friendly and helpful. The Covid measures in place were also to a good standard.

Generally, I liked everything. The selection of breakfast was good but perhaps they could also offer oat milk and more non-dairy alternatives.

I only stayed one night, but I can say, I was satisfied with everything. Staff was very helpfull and friendly. They also speak Slovenian, what was a pleasant surprise. Breakfast was good, room was clean and big enough, wifi was good, hotel has a private parking (extra charge) and city centre is within walking distance.

Nothing to complain, everything was ok.

Location is great. Breakfast very good. I’m faced road so was a little noisy (especially in summer when you really need the windows open). Secure car park.
