The breakfast was superb. The choice of food was excellent, everything was very fresh and tasty. We loved the breadrolls in particular. It was lovely to enter a room where you were greeted with a warm smile and friendly words. Each member of staff was very friendly and helpful. It was very easy to walk into the old town and the station.

Blackout curtains in our room would have been nice.

Very helpful staff. Upon arrival the desk clerk gave us a very informative briefing and great advice on best place to park.

No local parking for my SUV. Street parking in front of the hotel is very expensive. Had to use a parking garage a few blocks away. Noise from the pub across the street late at night. Allthough it was a Saturday night and noise is to be expected, the crowd spilled out on to the street and was exceptionally loud.

I really enjoyed my stay in this hotel. I was there for a couple of nights and everything went well. The room was very spacious and comfortable. Also, everything was very clean. The hotel is well located close to the train station and the city center. The breakfast was fantastic, with a lot of options, including gluten-free ones. For sure a place to come back to!

The only thing that was annoying for me was that the shower is tiny.

We couldn't fault the hotel. We had a spacious bedroom with comfortable beds and plenty of storage space. The shower room was also spacious, modern and very clean. The breakfast was superb, with a huge variety of everything anyone could want. The staff were very welcoming and helpful and went out of their way to accommodate our needs. The location was excellent, being minutes from the town centre and very close to bus and tram routes.

The breakfast is unbelievable, I think I could stay here for a month and eat something different every day. They even have salmon and herring. The location is great too, about 3 minutes to Beethoven Haus, 6 minutes to the river, 15 minutes walk to the train station. The room was on the smallish side but that's normal for Europe.

Big rooms, huge bathroom, everything looks brand new. The breakfast was fantastic

it was very hard to find a parking on the streets. Street parking is free from 8pm till 8am. To get parking place from the hotel you should arrive when someone is present on reception, until 18

Breakfast was excellent. There’s a variety of food. The staffs are friendly and accomodating. Good thing also is that we can leave our stuffs after chek out while roaming around the city.

The coffee table was a bit dusty and the TV wasn’t working with the internet. No netflix

Nice spacious twin room. Pleasant bathroom. Excellent and varied breakfast. Well located just a few minutes walk north of Beethoven House and Rathaus. Friendly staff.

Only that staff at reception were not on duty for that many hours of the day.

Excellent & courteous hosts, convenient location very close to old town, spacious and clean room with all amenities you will probably need. Child and baby friendly. And lastly, breakfast was spot on, not too many varieties but just the right amount, with all fresh ingredients. We would stay there again.

Virtually nothing. It looks like there is no car park, but this wasn't an issue for us as we didn't have a car.

Lovely family-run hotel. Well-equipped rooms: smart TV, kettle, heating, wifi suitable for conference calls. The breakfast was great - all fresh, homemade muesli, artisanal jams. Location is excellent - very quiet area, minutes from the city centre.
