Most staff very friendly, breakfast (outstanding first day, second day much less offer - not sure why), clean, location in beautiful calm neighborhood, (shared) "roof"-terrace, fridge in room, room was quiet (pleasant surprise, because I had read some negative reviews on it), beds were good (also pleasant surprise, because I had read some negative reviews on it).

Only velux window, so no view at all (this was the biggest disappointment because I explicitly asked a room with a view/big windows), no kettle in room, no waste sorting possibilities, room and bathroom very small (but everything you needed was there).

location was excellent, hotel was clean, elevator functioning. The reception upon arrival was very friendly!

At departure Tuesday morning, the man was not friendly at all! We felt like we were disturbing him when we dropped off the key. We said ‘good morning’, looked for where to put the key, he grabbed it and threw it in the hole in the desk. Not what we expected from someone in customer service!

The personnel was really friendly and attentive. Something went wrong with our booking but they corrected this on the spot, no questions asked. The room we received was very spacious, quiet and clean. There was a lot of space for our stuff, including a nice wardrobe and a mini-fridge (filled with drinks you can buy, but there was enough space so we could also put some of our own stuff in to keep cool). The shower took quite long to get hot but once it did it was very nice, and all the linen they provided were clean and fresh. The street and neighborhood seem nice too, and look very open and green, and the hotel is at a walking distance from the central station. We also took advantage of the underground parking they offer (small additional fee). The parking spot is about a 5 min. walk from the property, but very easy to find and very well organized.

The room has no air conditioning, and the small standing ventilator that is there really did not do the job. We visited on a pretty warm and humid day, and the air in the room remained a bit muggy throughout the night.

Everything was more than perfect Thanks so much for the receptionist for giving us our favourite room and thanks for the perfect breakfast, nice varieties of food, also thanks for the manager, perfect position and easy transportation, this is the fourth time for me in this hotel

My room - spacious, nicely furnished with love and taste with some antique furniture. Recently renovated and looks like staying at home away from home. Convinient location and within the walking distance near the HBF but in a calm residential area

I liked everything, and would like to come back again

Prime central location at walkable distance to the Hauptbahnhof. Breakfast was sufficient. reception was available even though we reached late. Provided parking for a payment. Sufficiently equipped room.

Breakfast items could have been refilled. Parking which was paid was at a distance from the hotel. Was quite noisy with car noises when windows were in ventilation mode.

The hotel is very close to the city center, located on a quiet street. The room was nice and clean. We travelled with our son and asked for an extra bed, which ended up to be a foldable couch. When expanded - it almost became a double bed. Our son liked that a lot :) Breakfast was nice, everything that we could expect from it.

The only downside was absence of a parking place. Because the hotel is very close to the center, it was difficult to find a parking place nearby.

The smell...The pillow, the location it's to the intersection, and some neighbors are loud , but 1 night it's ok

Great location, very good breakfast, very nice and friendly staff. The rooms were very clean.

On a hot day I would like to have AC in the room. Really no view from the rooms.

Excellent location! I also had a balcony with large doors that were great for dealing with the Bonn summer temperature.
