The location is ideal for visiting our son and his family in Bonn. There are plenty of restaurants, cafes, and bars within walking distance. There is always a fantastic selection for breakfast and the staff will always assist for any additional requirements.

Every time we visit, the lift ALWAYS appears to be out of order...

My wife was pregnant and their elevator was out of service. They were renovating. We had to go up to the 5th floor. But staff was nice and they have compensated it. Thanks!

They can improve their breakfast. It would be nice if they added more varieties.

Enjoyable breakfast buffet with varied food of excellent quality, good coffee and freshly squeezed orange juice. Comfortable and clean room. Friendly and helpful multi-lingual staff. Hotel located close to restaurants and bars, in a lively part of Bonn next to the botanic garden, 20 min walk from Bonn city center and 25 min walk from UN Campus.

Nothing to mention.

I was first put on the 5th floor which did not have elevator access and when I got back after finding parking space on the street the receptionist moved me to the first floor. She was very nice, helpful and kind.

Parking is a big problem as I had a van and almost did not fit under the underground parking area and did not have any space open for the fan to fit in. The outside parking was full. In the end had to park in the street nearby but found one spot only by luck.

Great location at the heart in Bonn-Poppelsdorf, ideally if you want to go out in the evening. Plenty of bars & restaurants close by. Also close to the main train station.

Overnight parking is way too expensive (20€) and there could be a choice of 2 pillows (one hard, one soft) as the one pillow provided was very soft.

The staff were fabulously helpful. Proactively so. I would list the specific examples but then every visitor would expect them as default in future and the staff would be overwhelmed. Let me say: if you have a need then I think the staff will do their best to help you too. Excellent service.

well located - you can reach a number of bars and restaurants by foot.

the parking garage is very tight with some weird metal floor bumps which seem to damage your wheels if you touch them. Yet its almost impossible to park without touching them.

The location is absolutely perfect if you need access to all of Poppelsdorf on foot. The staff were very responsive when we had an issue with a radiator
