I was here to go to the Nurnburg Ring. Since all hotels close where full, i stayed here with my friends. The hotel surpassed my expectations. The lady working at the reception in the evening/night and morning was a 10/10. Knew my name when i walked in, had everything ready to go. I've been to 10x more expensive hotels, and did not get this friendly kind of service. Keep up the good work ladies! Room has an extruadinary view of the river, and the surrounding mountains. I instantly hooked. Best morning view to wake up to. View 10/10. Clean air 10/10. Surrounded by nature 10/10!

That i did not visit this place before. Just go. No worries. You're in good hands.

Good breakfast and hotel is in a great position

Head waiter was very offhand when I asked for a table for dinner quite rude really as I spoke to him in German he simply said they were fully booked in the restaurant and he could not help or it seemed he did not wish to!!! A great shame as the menu looked good and we had been travelling all day. in fairness the rest of our stay was OK

The room that we were given was lovely and we really enjoyed the balcony and view of the Rhine. We would certainly ask for this again. We really enjoyed the restaurant, the food was delicious and it was so relaxing.

The room we had was lovely and comfortable but, we do feel it could be updated a little.

Location by the river. Staff friendly and helpful. The main course meal was world class exceptional.

Constant noisy goods trains rattling past through the night.

The view from the room is so amazing . It's close to the walkway on the rever. Very silent and comfortable place.

The location is directly on the river and has a set of stairs out back that lead to the river walking path. The staff is welcoming, professional and friendly. The restaurant service is very good, the space is classy but comfortable, and the food is delicious.

Parking. If you're driving a car parking might be a little scarce as is the case with every hotel in this area.

Excellent location right on the Rhine. Could have spent days sitting on the balcony watching the world go by.

Friendly staff with easy check in and check out. Good if simple breakfast.

The location was good, close to the river Rhine and near to the old town. The staff were all nice and helpful. It was nice to have free parking in the garage.

It was a little shabby in places and the breakfast was nothing special - no bacon or sausages for example.
