This is a value for money Hotel very modern with good designed facilities and a wonderful place for breakfast. Rooms are big and mattress very comfortable. If you have a Business At Dachau or even if you want to visit Munich and don't care driving for half an hour Excellent location too!

The reception staff is a small paraphony in this nice place .. No smiles.. not being very polite ..and made mistakes with cards resulting people not being able to enter the room And If you were too unlucky to arrive at night there was nobody to help you at desk.. Thanks to the staff of the Greek restaurant who were very helpful, we were able to open the door finally..

The hotel was very nice.

During the evening, the receptionist on reception when I booked in... well, he wasn't very nice or helpful at all. I'd initially popped into the hotel in the morning, to check with the morning receptionists if it was alright to have a room close to my friends in rooms 2006/ 2008, on the second floor... Yes no problem at all the receptionist said. But when I arrived in the evening the receptionist said your room is on the forth floor... and he didn't care, nor listen to me, and he didnt try to bring me down to the 2nd floor... he wasn't very nice at all.

The location and the hotel were nice. The size and cleanliness of the room was good.

Huge problem when making the reservation. We did the reservation for two rooms and 2 adults and 4 kids (ages 9, 9, 11 and 12). Before checking in we got the message from the hotel that our reservation was only with two beds per room and the hotel was giving an option to reserve third bed for almost the same price than we paid for the room itself. We had no clue that if we mark three people to reservation we only get two beds so be really careful when making reservations. With three beds the price of the room would have risen higher than many other options.

Was very close to the Dachau Concentration camp. Room was excellent value and comfortable. 5 minute drive from the Dachau Concentration camp.

The reception closes at 10pm and no reception staff are in the Hotel. Our flight was delayed for 2 hours and instead of arriving at Hotel before 9 pm we arrive there just before 11pm, after travelling through icy fog and snow. Luckily the restaurant, opposite reception, was still open and the restaurant manager made a call, and issued us with a key card for our room. He closed the restaurant at 11pm so we were very lucky. Our mistake but just be aware that not ideal, if you are flying into Munich in the evening and your flight is delayed. It was an icy snowy night and we would probably have had to drive back to Munich Airport to find a hotel with 24 hour reception.

The hotel is conveniently located in relation to the railway station. The service is decent, the staff is friendly, the room is spacious, the interior is simple but tasteful, the breakfasts are delicious (the coffee is great), the restaurant is stylish and original (I wanted to stay there longer). It is great that the hotel allows accommodation with dogs.

Soft pillows that cause some discomfort; I would like a kettle by the room.

Very easy and helpful check-in process , the reception was very welcoming. The service and food in the Greek restaurant was fantastic, I will recommend both the hotel and restaurant. This is the 2nd Abasto Hotel that I have stayed in and it is a hotel chain that I would recommend and also use again myself.

There was nothing I did not like about the property

I was calling 10 times during the day of arrival, nobody was picking the phone it needed several Mail till I got the Info for late check In. Then when arrived the automated check in was not working so I have got my key from the restaurant. so service was not satisfying for me the room and the hotel are great

The Hotel room was very neatly organized and clean. All seemed to be very new or recently renewed. I was in a very good manner surprised on how comfortable, new, organized and beautiful the room was.

As a couple, I expected a couple's bed and not two single beds, but maybe I have wrongly ordered on the reservation. Even so, the beds were very comfortable and nice.

Evening Resturant and breakfast excellent in all respects with a nice atmosphere Spotlessly clean through out will visit again ideal to use as base to visit the city

Receptionists need to smile a bit if possible

New hotel so everything was clean and fresh and to a high standard. Staff were polite and helpful. Breakfast had a fantastic choice to suit all tastes. Greek restaurant at the hotel was lovely with a very good quality of food.

Hotel was a little further out of town than we anticipated with no public transport, so you need to factor in relying on Taxis.
