I've been traveling to Europe since 2006 and this is one of my favorite hotels. The room was great for my family (2 adults and 3 children). The kids loved the upstairs loft with bunk beds and the modern shower. Tobias and his family obviously love what they do and take great care of their guests. The breakfast was lovely, and the staff will cook eggs upon request. The location was perfect for us, close to restaurants, groceries, and a short drive to Munich. The location allowed us to have a peaceful and quiet rest every night. We will stay here again next time we're in Munich.

By my standards, a premium location; Love the quiet neighborhoods on the outskirts of town, it was a nice, clean location. The hotel itself is new, very clean and very well equipped with all the amenities needed, the room is a good size, very comfortable bed, fully equipped kitchenette with stove, microwave, fridge, kettles and even kitchen utensils. The hotel is surrounded by beautiful gardens and some children's play areas, free parking is also avilable on site. The host family is very nice, welcoming and ready to offer any help, a nice buffet breakfast is served every day; It was a complete fantastic package for me.

Not a single mistake.

This is a clean and comfortable hotel outside of the city center. We loved how helpful the owner/host of hotel was in helping us get oriented to the city. We loved our breakfast, and we appreciated that the train station was only a 5 minute drive away. Finally, I loved that I could easily park my car outside in a nice and safe lot!

Staff were great, the whole place was very clean. Beds very comfortable and the site very quiet, no road noise at all, so we had a great night sleep. Shower the best I have had for years.

The two bed apartment we booked had an unusual layout. It had one shared bathroom, which we were happy with when I booked, but I did not realise until I go there that you had to walk through a bedroom to get to it. So it was a little inconvenience for a family but this may be more difficult for a group. Also unusually the tv swivels to either watch in one of the bedrooms or in the sitting area. This meant noise and light from others in the apartment carried into that bedroom.

Very friendly staff, huge rain shower, was very nice at the end of a long day. Close to a hotspot for lime scooters, so accessible to go to the city. Nature is pretty close so are many restaurants. Our rooms were cleaned every day, a big thumbs up to the cleaning staff. Breakfast was ok.

No restaurant inside the hotel, breakfast was a bit on the minimum side. The refrigerator didnt work properly.

Breakfast has varieties. The hotel is very close to the train station, it is about 1KM walk or you can park your car at the train station. The cost is 1 Euro/day. The hotel is also very close to a grocery store, we refill our water and fruits there. Room is very good size. The 1st time that we stayed, the room has a strange layout, but the 2nd time we stayed, the room is really good size with good porch. Very nice. Parking is also easy and convenient.

Close to transport links,walking distance to train station. Plenty of information provided by the hotel, in the form of leaflets and maps. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Breakfast was continental with plenty of choice, cooked eggs on request. Restaurants in walking distance.

No hot drinks available outside of breakfast,no bar in the hotel for evening drinks and the mosquitoes were very fierce.

It was clean as in the picture, and the playground, exercise room, and laundry room (euro 1.5 euros) were convenient, and the breakfast was excellent. There is a mart nearby, so it is convenient for shopping as there are 3 major marts and dm 2 stops away by bus. There is also a large supermarket at the S-Bahn train station, where you can buy everything you need. There are also good neighborhood restaurants and I felt safe because it was a quiet neighborhood. Reception staff also booked a taxi to the airport and were very helpful in answering all our questions kindly.

Clean, refurbished spacious room with a good shower, air-conditioned, and a small light for the children built in the room. In the morning, spacious breakfast. Honestly, it's a perfect spot when you need just a bed for sleep when passing

In the evening, no bar, no movement. It's just a vending machine for a drink or sweet snack.

Super amazing breakfast, eggs prepared personally and fresh, great choice of tea. The personal was super nice and always smiling and helpful. I love the place 10 from 10 or more if I can!!!
